I am late getting this review posted regarding services provided over a year ago. We were renovating a newly purchased older home. McKee was hired to install a new tankless water heater and run piping for a sink in the laundry room which there was never a sink in the laundry room. There were many issues with both jobs. The most frustrating was that the guys would leave or not show up. One time they left for lunch and after 2 hours of not returning we called the office and we were told that they were needed for an emergency. The problem was that they left us with the water turned off and no communication. Another two hours go by and it is getting to be the end of the work day and still no one has returned to get the job to the point so the water could be turned back on. We had to call our general contractor for him to get involved. Eventually someone showed up. Also, they installed the faucet wrong and we had to call them back to correct that. In addition, after the install of the tankless water heater, we had no hot water, and we had to call them back out to fix that. During the span of starting and completing the jobs, it took longer than necessary because the guys kept being pulled from our job to go somewhere else on several occasions. This is not how you treat customers. No apologies received not even from the owner. There was other work to be done in the renovation and we went with another plumber, who showed up when he said he would and did excellent work.

Nate came out to fix the angle bracket water line to the toilet and did a great job. He was pleasant and thorough and professional. For anyone looking for plumber recommendations in Woodland, I have to put this out there. McKee Brothers is AMAZING!!! Their service was unbelievably prompt, professional and reasonable! We were in a real bind for a number of days and were let down by a company with top recommendations when we reached out to McKee last night and they immediately came out, crawled up in the attic, repaired the main water line and everything. First class company!!!!!

I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to McKee Brothers plumbing. We had a plumbing nightmare this week that prevented us from using the toilet or shower and no one seemed to be able to fix it. Dustin and Bryan showed up and immediately located the issue and provided multiple solutions. They were honest, reliable, and incredibly professional. The team of guys they sent to our house did a great job working and digging in the mud and rain. They managed to keep the yard as clean as possible and you could tell they really enjoyed working together. I work from home and they were very respectful about noise and general mess. I can't say enough wonderful things about McKee brothers and their stellar team! I will trust no one else but them moving forward and they're located in Woodland!
