Going around neighborhoods and dipping your hands into people's mailboxes to stuff marketing material tells a whole lot about your haphazard reckless behavior and business practices. It would be unfortunate if you dropped a postal flag designating outgoing mail or pried into confidential mail never intended for your representatives' or company's view.

More significantly, you might do well to think about the concern on people's minds with covid-19 and managing delivery services: There's a reason why USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and Walmart representatives are wearing gloves while delivering goods. We don't need your representatives trolling neighborhoods ramping up the worry and terrifying innocent community members.

We were using an expensive oil company that claimed to be providing premium service. A friend who had used McKee for years recommended we switch to them. Their oil was substantially cheaper, and their service was excellent. Even when we decided to switch from oil to gas heat, they continued to be helpful.

I've used them for my oil heat servicing and air conditioning servicing for 2 years now and feel that I always get charged a lot for unnecessary services. First year they came and serviced my furnace and the tech left something open on the inside which caused a part to burn out. Someone came back out and I had to pay for the part even though it was clearly their fault. Then the next year, I was having all of this soot come out of the system, but they said everything was fine at my annual tuneup. I had them come back since it wouldn't stop and they said the whole system needed to be rewired, even though it was never an issue before, so I paid for that and the issue still kept happening. A different Mckee tech came out and said it was because of the shape of the pipe and we needed to add an elbow shaped pipe to the straight pipe and that the wiring wouldn't have had anything to do with it, yet no refund was given for the unnecessary wiring.

I decided not to use them for the furnace anymore after all that, but when my air conditioner went out in the middle of a heat wave and no one else could come out, I called them again. The tech changed the capacitor on my unit, even though my husband had changed it the year before, and said my compressor was fine. That easy fix cost $500. It worked for a day, and then kept tripping the circuit breaker so the tech came back out the next week and said the wires were getting wet so just taped them. The circuit breaker still tripped intermittently for the next month and then the air just stopped working again. The month old capacitor was smoking when I looked at it. So I called mckee to see if I could get a refund just on the capacitor since it was only a month old and the woman I spoke to said yes, she would call me back with the amount for the part. Never heard back. I've called 2 more times and get the excuse that she's not there so I leave a message, but never hear back.

I got another A/C company to come out and they said the compressor was bad and I had to get a whole new outside unit. I would have appreciated that diagnosis to begin with instead of spending $500 for a temporary fix.

I'm just fed up at this point. I dont think the techs know what they are doing and the customer service is terrible. I've spent over a thousand dollars with them now and it's all gotten me nowhere.

The only reason they get 2 stars is that the oil delivery was good and consistent. Way overpriced, but always came on time.

Used them for over 10 years. Never had an issue- what else would you want from an oil company? In fact there were 2 occasions when they came to fix things that were outside the service contract and never charged me, although both were due to my own incompetence. One time was when I tried to replaced the thermostat with a new ""eco-friendly"" one and mixed up the wiring. They responded as though it was an emergency, and patiently and respectfully showed what I did wrong.

They installed a new 275 Oil Tank in our MA home but we just found out a Form 1A needs to be filed with the local Fire Department. McKee staff had no knowledge of this so our current service company Landry & Martin did it for no cost. Disappointing. I suspect that is why we are no longer with them.
