I had an emergency situation and Matt's schedule was booked but he still stopped at my house on the way home that day. My toilet was clogged at some point before my septic tank and it was backing up into the tub and it took him breaking out the medium sized snake and removing the toilet. Turns out it was tree roots. He cleared that and recommended a product to take care of the root problem. When it came to the invoice he was very reasonable on the cost, not even charging me for the larger snake. I would highly recommend considering Matt McKay for all of your plumbing needs.

I called McKay's Plumbing and Matt the owner answered. I explained I was having a toilet overflow if I turned on any water source. Matt said he would have help at my house in an hour. The plumber and his helper had the problem fixed in under 2 hours. The toilet had to be removed and an auger was run out to 75 feet which cleared two blockages in the sewer line. Patrick the (Plumber) was great and made me feel like a friend instead of just a customer. Everything was cleaned up perfect. I will recommend Matt's company to my friends.
