1 star is lot for them. FAKE PEOPLE! FRAUD COMPANY EVER! I called them for plumbing issue I had. Guy came in and inspect it. He didn't do anything and ask for couple of hundred just for inspection. I was fine with it. He then mentioned to Come back and fix it. No one called no one came back. When I called them they ask for my CC, I was even fine with it but they never came. Dannies is the rudest guy I have ever talked too. Shame on you guys! CHEATERS is the word!

Stay away. After having theses plumbers out twice, not only did they not fix the problem, but they stepped through my new ceiling and got wax ring residue on my new carpet from their boots. I with held some funds until the set someone to fix the ceiling. After being unsatisfied with the service I asked for a manager to call. No call. They just followed up with a debt collector. I spoke with their lawyer that they keep on retainer, and wrote a letter of complaint. Still no response. Feeling over charged, and still with plumbing problems, I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at a much lower price and successful job. Please stay away from McIntyre. Shady business.

Save yourself from having to pay two plumbers and stay away from these guys. These guys are idiots with bad business practices. I hired this company to fix a clogged pipe at our retail store and ultrasound company Peek-a-Bootique and Sonocare of East Texas. Two guys showed up, and it took them several hours to snake one pipe. They could not fix the problem and told me that it was pizza hut's grease trap that was causing the problem. After two days fighting with Pizza Hut, and without a working bathroom. We do ultrasound so not having a bathroom is a HUGE deal. We finally got another plumper out, they snaked the pipe again and fixed. Apparently these guys didn't even snake the right pipe. I wish this was my only issue with them, as things happen and people make mistakes. Unfortunately they think that i owe them for not fixing the problem. I called and explain this situation and that we had to have another plumber out to finish the job. I refuse to pay for a job that was never finish or resolved and had to be finished by another company. Then several months later they have the audacity to send someone to the business to "collect the debt". Your a plumping company not the mafia. I called them and we argued some more. Then they referred us to a lawyer and it appears they are attempting to sue us over a $200 bill. What a joke. I can make one promise. They won't see a penny from me! See you in court!

These guys are real pros. Efficient, personable, knowledgeable, and very very reasonably priced.
