Sunday morning - Called about a leak from the city line in our house. Was contacted by the owner and notified that a tech would call me. Tech called and gave an approximate time he'd arrive. He was on time. He was friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. Great job...thx for the emergency response.

Update The owner called me back and they will repair the damage done to the area they worked on, once the weather allows

$110 per hour she said... 65 min equals $185 . I wish I got paid "" pro rated"".

They actually were the ones to come in and do work for Mr. Purcell (who has real estate and builds houses around C.B.). I got home and they had tore up the front yard and didn't even care enough to let us know. They came up over the curb and left oil spots as well. Noticed as I was walking my dogs. When I let the owner know who was building the house he didn't care much either because he stated it wasn't my yard it is city property. But, I still am the one has to take care of it or else the city would get on me. Don't think either of these people have respect for anyone.

Jason put us off for nearly 4 months before he finally agreed to a firm start date on our project. Once his guys were at our house, they immediately started badmouthing Jason, complaining about how they were tired and overworked and didn't want to do anything.
Soon as they saw the room and what needed to be done, they quickly made up an excuse that they needed to get the plumbing inspector out there to look at something and had left a message with his office. After several days with no news, I took it upon myself to call the plumbing inspectors office and asked if they had any calls referencing my address or the permit id...nothing. The inspector came out at my request within a day and approved their ""problem."" When I questioned Jason about this, he had nothing to say. Obviously, we went with someone else.
Was McIntosh Plumbing Honest? NOPE! Ethical? Eh, not really.
