Our home suffered a number of water issues due to the 'bomb cyclone' weather event. Bob McHugh was incredibly responsive to my panicked call on 12/26 when many other companies weren't open and dispatched a team to address a broken water pipe. Bob also made a call to a water mitigation company to assist with cleanup. They came back a couple days later to address further water issues. Bob and his team are top notch, we have used them for numerous other projects and highly recommend as a trusted plumbing company.

We asked for an inspection on downspouts. Very unclear as what the diagnosis was. My calls have not been returned. Some of the downspouts were left un connected and blew across the yard within 24 hours. The workers seem to be in a hurry to finish their day,

McHugh's Plumbing came out the week before Christmas in the cold to replace a leaking gas line in front of our house. This was the only company that took our call on a Saturday, was able to come out the next day, and could get a team together to do the repair in a couple of days. Very detail oriented, responsive, and professional. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Unresponsive. I had to follow up each time to get any kind of response. When I finally indicated that I was going elsewhere the owner actually called me to berate me that I knew nothing about his business that he was too busy. From this experience I won't be contacting them again nor recommending them.

We had a leak from plumbing connected to our tub&shower. The leak caused damage to our 1st-floor kitchen ceiling. Thanks to Bob McHugh for responding to our call &scheduling the repair. The leak was serious. Greg and Craig arrived on time & fixed the leak as if they were superheroes.,well organized and so efficient. We recently hired Bob and his team to run a new gas line and install a gas log insert into our existing fireplace. Bob came out to get an estimate and came up with a plan that worked really well for our old Cleveland Height house. Greg and Craig came out this week to do the installation. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and we are so happy to finally enjoy our fireplace. Additionally, its excellent to know that we have plumbers that we can trust.

Awful customer service. After a few attempts at getting them out to the house, they finally came out. $140 later they told us what work needed to be done and that the other brother would be in touch to schedule the work. A week goes by...no call. We text them. They say they're on it and will call before the day is over...no call. We then call and still no response.

We filed a complaint with the BBB and they didn't respond to that either!

They're crooks. They took our money and didn't come out to do any follow up. Thankfully we found another great plumbing company to come out who didn't charge to diagnose the problem. I wouldn't recommend McHugh Plumbing to anyone!

WAY OVERPRICED! He charged $595 to unclog a toilet, $75 and $85 to replace flapper valves, and an additional $235 to reinstall the toilet. Total bill was $1120 for repair work that most people could do themselves. I do not recommend this service. Get a quote from someone else.

Needed an urgent gas line repair after finding a gas leak and getting our gas shut off by Dominion on a Thursday night. Bob answered his phone at 7:30pm and they worked us into their scheduled and were done with repairs by Friday afternoon. Bob is very quick to respond to phone calls and texts and Matt did a great job with our repair and was very helpful in trying to get everything settled with our home warranty company. Would highly recommend them!
