I had somewhat of an emergency plumbing issue with a water softener. I originally contacted another company and after a bunch of back and forth for days and an outrageous price quote I contacted Mchenry Plumbing Inc.
Mchenry Plumbing sent a gentleman named Butch out for a quote within just a few hours of contacting them. The quote was $495 and the other plumbing company had quoted me $1250! For the same job! Butch was able to take care of everything on the spot and seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Butch and Mchenry Plumbing! I've already recommended you to a friend too!

After dealing with a previous company that came out to my home and said they do not work on my brand of water heater but were anxious to just install a brand new one I called Mchenry Plumbing. The lady that answered at McHenry Plumbing was very nice and took down all of my info she said she would have a plumber out ASAP. Well about 1 hour later Butch came to my home diagnosed the problem almost instantly, explained thoroughly what the issue was and showed me exactly how to do it in the future, they charged me a very reasonable service call price and I was happy to cut the check. Butch was Excellent and I was happy to hear they do HVAC work as well as they have won my business. Chris
