First appt at 10am for an estimate was a no show. No explanation as to why. Then rescheduled again for 10 am the next week. Had a conversation about the time. At 7:52 knock on door. I called to confirm my 10 am appt and she said they were gong to be there at 8 am. I had prepping to do with a gate and pet and I wasn't ready. Perhaps they have too much business they can be all over the board but not good business in my eyes.

I called McGraths Plumbing because my husband is just too busy to do a few items on my 'Honey Do' list. Diane, who answered the phone, was just polite as can be. They put me on the schedule for the next day. Mr. Randy and his son Andy showed up in a clean professional truck. They serviced our vessel sink and toilet. All the work done in a timely manner with top notch professional service. And the icing on the cake was how incredibly reasonable they are!!! McGraths has earned my loyalty and business! McGrath Plumbing is A+. We have a 1950's house, Water Heater went out. Randy and Wade brought new Water Heater with them, let me know our one not up to code. Not only did they install, but had to wrestle pipes as well. Job done in timely manner, and reasonably priced. Have had him back........ONLY Plumber we will ever use. Honest as the day is long. Absolutely horrible service. Sadly we never even got to see the actual repair man, so I cant really comment on him. The secretary wanted to argue over the phone about their obvious mess up, then they decide that they don't even want to even show up and didn't even bother giving a courtesy call. Classless establishment.

He did a great job replacing some lines and re-routing things through the kitchen of a rental house we were renovating. Is a straight-shooter and will actually tell you if you *don't* need him to do something. I really appreciate that, and of course will call him when we need help again.

We needed help quickly when our water pressure in the house soared to 130 psi, and was popping the cold water push-pull valve under the kitchen sink. They came the next morning, and Randy and Wade not only replaced the pressure relief valve, but also installed a ball-type shut off valve, all for half what I feared I would have to pay. They were courteous, and saved our day for us.
