It was a long holiday weekend and the toilet was clogged. I called on Saturday and they showed up Sunday. Super fast service and reasonable.
I also had them install a second toilet upstairs in a closet on another trip.
The township cited us for a leaky sewer line. They came out before we closed the cottage for winter and replaced line and did some other things.
I highly recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had an outdoor spigot go on the fritz. Called McGranahan's, and was able to have a specialist visit about a week later (not an issue for me, as this wasn't an emergency, such as a sink spewing water or a hot tub overflowing with Ragu). I was informed when I'd called that they had been rather ""backed up"" (no pun intended).

The gentleman showed up and was very friendly and professional. Many times, I usually have general curiosities about the way things work, so when a plumber or electrician visits, I always take the opportunity to ask them my questions. The gentleman was very polite, and answered all of my inquiries to the best of his ability.

The spigot required accessing a crawl-space (one that I had no idea how to locate), but the specialist was able to do so and access it in record time (no easy feat, as the man was around six feet tall, and the crawl-space seemed to be designed for a toddler).

Within thirty to forty minutes, the new spigot had been installed and tested for leaks. So saying, the gentleman cleaned up the work area, bid me a good day, and moved on. Was very happy with the service I received from McGranahan's, and would be happy to use them again in the future. :)
