This guy is great! Day 1 of moving into our house and all seemed to be going well until the SoCal gas guy tells us that we have a water heater issue. 5pm on a Saturday after a sweaty day of moving in, we were desperate to have hot water! After calling a few places who were closed or would charge an arm and a leg, at the recommendation of a friend, we called Michael. He seemed incredibly knowledgeable and found time to squeeze us into his schedule late on a Saturday evening. He came over, fixed the issue right away, as a housewarming gift to us! This guy is not about sales, he's about craftsmanship. He just wants to do the job right. We are definitely going back to Michael for our routine plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!!

Mike McGonigle is by far the best plumber that we have ever hired! I think this is the first time that a plumber did not try to upsell me on a service or repair. He was professional over the phone, arrived on time, was clean, knowledgeable, and efficient. He told me his pricing over the phone and there were no surprises when the job was completed. He's a local Culver City business owner, is a one-man shop, and has been plumbing for over 40 years. The man that answers the phone is the same man that arrives at your door.
