They installed a water softener for us, but there was a problem with the drain line. Since they wanted to charge to fix it, my husband said he would do it and they said once that was done the softener could be turned on and should work fine. We got the drain line cleared and could not get the softener to work at all, plus we noticed a leak in the water connection line going to the softener. After several unanswered calls, I threatened a bad review and they texted me. I replied with all the info they asked and they said they'd send someone out Thurs or Fri. Never heard back from them.

We called them about getting a propane gas line installed for our stove. They sent a guy out here and he offered to do it the very same day. He was super nice but he and the guy he had meet him here to crawl in the attic got into a huge yelling fight and he walked out on him. He worked into the evening by himself and said it was complete. But the line behind the stove wasn't even mounted - just sticking out of the wall. He did come back and when he did he apologized -- said he knew there were still some loose ends to tie up. Both he and the owner told us that the outside line didn't need to be grounded but both our electrician and our pool guy later said it absolutely needed to be grounded. The electrician did it for us. I asked the owner if the guy had his plumbers license and he said yes. Did he? I don't know. I had to badger them several times for an invoice - shouldn't have paid them before they sent it.

Brian installed a gas cooktop in my condo. He arrived as scheduled, wearing mask per Covid, and installed it with no trouble. I love it and it works great. These guys are awesome! Thank you Brian!

Made an appointment for 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM on their website. Got a confirmation for 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM. Ok fine. Wait until 8:20 AM. No plumber. No call. Call them and leave voicemail. Get call back just before 8:30 AM with an excuse that they had a late night but plumber will be there and will give call for arrival time. Wait until 9 AM. No call. Call back to get an estimated time of the estimated time of arrival. Get a different excuse that they are double booked for the morning and can't make it until the afternoon. No apology. No communication. Waste of time. Person on phone was not professional. Not calling is not professional. Don't waste your time!

And yet another different excuse in the response to this review. Not even organized or concerned enough to have called the customer.

Faster to follow-up a review then update the customer but still the same pattern of different excuses. Be very wary of companies like this.

When our water heater went out, Brian was super quick to respond and came out the next day. He and his team did a great job of changing our whole system to a tankless one and also moving them to different areas of the home. They were super nice, well priced, and did great work. We will definitely be hiring them again!!

Brian responded rapidly on short notice to fix a leak at my rental house. He did an excellent job in a short time for a very, very reasonable price. He was able to answer all my questions and let me know what had gone wrong and why, and provided the help I neede. I was hesitant because he had only one Yelp review, and that could be from a friend or relative, right? Well, I had never met him, and am not related to him, and I'm telling you, you should hire him. You will not be sorry. One of the best things about Yelp is that it gives us the ability to find people, as opposed to corporations, who can look us in the eye, quote us a fair price, do excellent work, and answer our questions knowledgeably and professionally. And that's exactly who Brian is. So if you want a Plumber, not a plumbing company, not an 800 number, but a Plumber, you will not go wrong by hiring Brian.

They had lots of great reviews there. They provided a very competitive quote and completed the installation quickly. Great friendly and honest service!
