This has been our 'go to' plumbing company for years. Today determined our future plumbing company will be someone other then McGill. Our 5 year old water heater was replaced today. McGill is who we purchased it from, and who installed it. It already had to be serviced for a leak within the past 5 years. So today I was charged $145.00 an hour to install a new one, the same exact heater, which was on order because they no longer carried it, leading me to believe it was inferior to begin with. So yes, I understand it was under warranty, and I was not being charged for a new one, but the cost to install the same inferior item, without any regard for being a loyal customer, and an only 5 year old heater that already had to be serviced...I told myself that I would give them the opportunity to do the right thing, which should have been a discount of some kind, due to the fact the heater was only 5 years old, and had to be serviced within that 5 years, but they didn't. So my bill was $500.00+ today, and this ends our trust and confidence in this company.

-5! Bar none the worse possible excuse for a PLUMBER anyone has ever experienced. They are all about collecting money and then it's one big JOKE. The field guys cannot read or write, so you then maybe think someone in the office could help them finish their paperwork..... No not possible 2 office girls one named Nikki BS artist refers to supervisor Brad who has had the task now for two weeks to write an invoice? So the entire company of field techs, office managers, and stupidvisors and between them all they are not able to write an invoice that has been paid for over two weeks!

On a Monday I called Apollo Plumbing to have a toilet flange replaced. An appointment was scheduled for Wednesday between 9 & 11am. Tuesday they called the technician had some sort of problem and had to push the appointment to Thursday between 9 & 11am, Wednesday they said the technician was running late and pushed it to Thursday between 2 & 4. Around 5pm on Thursday I was called to see if the technician showed up; he did not. I told them not to bother coming at I would call someone hopefully more reliable. That is 1 week wasted waiting but at least it was a non emergency and I can cross Apollo off my list. I called McGill after 9am on Friday and Kyle the plumber was at my house by 3pm. We needed a toilet reseated. Kyle was marvelous, clean and efficient, he replaced the flange, leveled the toilet and resealed it around the floor. The price was excellent as well. Very professional and friendly. Thank you Kyle and McGill.

Though the Appointment staff misplaced my appointment, they quickly rectified it by getting the proper plumbers over as fast as they could once done with a previous customer. Our plumbers were Cody and Evan. These young men not only know their stuff but we're professional all the way. I trust Cody and Evan implicitly!! I will always request them should their be a need for true professionals!!! 100 thumbs up for Cody and Evan from McGills!

We have been utilizing McGill Plumbing ever since 2006 and we are always pleased with their service. We called McGill on 10-3 in regards to our toilet not flushing properly. Their service tech Ryan arrived at our house the next day at approx 3:30. He was very friendly and explained what needed to be replaced. Ryan was upfront with only what needed to be done and only suggested another repair at a later date. About 45 minutes later Ryan was done and our toilet operates like new. McGill has always treated us fair and today was no different.

I was doing a project where I was tiling over an existing shower floor and needed a specific part and Lowes suggested I go to McGill Plumbing to see if they had it. When I went in to ask about a drain frame, the employee treated me as though I was an idiot. Instead of speaking to me to find out more about the issue and perhaps explaining an alternative or a reason why not to try to do it my way, he said, """"We don't carry those. We don't do it that way. We do it the right way."""" That was basically the gist of the conversation. Had he not acted annoyed and had been courteous and helpful, I very well might have asked McGill to come out and replace the pieces their """"correct"""" way. I instead went to Ferguson Plumbing and the gentleman explained the process and offered information and, in the mean time, gained a loyal future customer.

I asked for another drain clean in the shower, they did it 2 weeks ago and is slow drain again. They charged me 144.00 for the service and wanted to charge me again. I used them in the past but this time they went over board with the service.

Our home was built in 1915, which means crawlspace and interestingly enough, through those many years, several different pipe materials. So, in looking about and doing my homework, with references, I settled on McGill to replumb under the home! (This was done after electrical rewiring and installing a new foundation) From the proposal by Ray to the work done by Joe, Kody and Steve and to the office support from Stacey and Jennifer, it was a slam dunk success! Communication every step of the way, descriptions and pictures of old pipes to be removed, hours to shut the system off, etc. It was done the way it was supposed to be done...prompt, personal and professional! Thanks McGill!!

It is so comforting to find a reliable quality plumbing company. And in McGill Plumbing we have found a reliable go to resource for our plumbing needs. Specifically, their employee Jack, has gone above and beyond in helping us. What a courteous young man. I would recommend McGill Plumbing for all plumbing needs as they are trustworthy, responsive, as well as providing stellar plumbing services. Definitely, five stars.

It looks that they inflate the final cost by charging by the time they """"work"""" on the job. They don't provide an estimate upfront so you don't know how much you pay. I will think twice before I hire them again.
