They penetrated our new metal roof right next to a standing seam, installing the pipe boot has been a headache and it's been leaking as a result. They easily could have avoided this mistake by measuring first. The attic space was completely open and they could have penetrated anywhere. Their prices are high and attention to detail is poor, they cut corners everywhere, and don't take accountability for their mistakes.

We had a shower valve fail and hired McGee plumbing to repair it. $700.00 to replace the valve, yet weeks later the shower is still unusable as they installed a valve incompatible with our showers hardware. Called and asked them for help with this and they did not return our calls. We have been left to figure this out on our own. Never again with this company.

Had a water leak in the main shut off valve. The technician was courteous and professional. The repair was a success.

For 1 hour and 15 minutes to fix a drain I was charged $392.00. Never got an estimate before service started and other local companies only charge $88 to $220. Go somewhere else unless you have money to flush.

I have used McGee several times, they charge a lot but the problems is fixed but
the last time it was not. They charged me $250 to fix a leak and it was not fixed.
I called for a return service call and told them this was a warranty call. That got
me a ""hold please"" then a talk with the foreman. He decided that it was not a warranty
issue since they could not get the repair parts and therefore could not fix it.
They come out, they work on it, they say it is fixed, they charge me $250 and leave.
Small business needs return customers and they need to absolutely warranty their work.
McGee does not come out on return issues, I have check with others. They do not
pay their employee on return calls and the employee has to do it on their own time which
is not much incentive.
I have decided to use another plumber, (Clark County Plumbing).

Called McGee Plumbing for a clogged drain in my two story duplex because I thought a local company would do better than a clog expert... They showed up the next day and removed the toilet, said they replaced the wax ring and remounted the toilet and said to my tenant all is good sign here. So the 20 minutes that passed from arrival to departure no clog was fixed or even attempted. No test of the lines was done after any repair. No new wax ring was used as evidenced by the Rotorooter guys who ended up fixing the issues finally. In short, McGee Plumbing did not follow the scope of work or has someone answering the calls who does not understand well when dispatching. I will waste $145.24 if I pay them for nothing... Thanks but taking off the toilet and everyone around you says there is a plugged line and the room floods when the upstairs flushes or runs water, is a clue. I would not recommend McGee to an enemy!!!

Thank you very much! Called you on the phone to have a garbage disposal installed in a rental property. Received the best quote out of five other local plumbing businesses.
Set up a date and time for job to be done and they were there on time and did a great job! I so appreciate you guys for this as it seems to be getting harder and harder to get good help these days.
Your my go to plumbing bussiness be cause of this and I will send as many customers your way as I can!
Your phone receptionist was awesome and so helpful. All my renter's will have your number handy from now on! Thanks again

Matt came over & installed the plumbing for a dog bathing station. Works wonderful! He also has been to our home other times to fix any plumbing problems we have.

They did my plumbing several times over the year. They are terrible period . The reason I go with them because they have contracted with my home warranty. When they heard about the home warranty they don't have time or schedule you weeks out even an emergency .

I called McGee's at 7 a.m. (during normal business hours) because my main sewer line was clogged and toilet water was coming up into my shower. I guess I sounded desperate, because the person quoted me a flat price of $595 to unclog it, which seemed high, but he said he would ""rearrange things"" to get me in that morning. I told the person that I would call back. Five minutes later, he calls ME back, saying that he can get me in before 8 if I commit right now (most other plumbers opened at 8...which I'm sure he knew). Thankfully, after talking it over with my wife we didn't jump, but waited until 8 and called some other plumbers. Upon doing some online research and after my wife talked with her brother (who is a plumber in CA), we found that $300 was more typical for my area and that flat rate plumbers were usually a scam. I found another that had very high ratings, came out within 45 minutes, and completed the work on an hourly rate (it took two hours). Total cost: $300...HALF of what McGee's wanted. My drains now run perfectly, and I'll be leaving an excellent review for THEM!
