I called because i have a filtration system for my well that came with the purchase of my home and I needed it installed. When he called me back, I asked if they would be able to install it for me. He only said no. When I asked who could install it for me, He said ""someone with nothing better to do."" I asked if he thought a plumber could do it, he said nobody could help me. He was no help whatsoever so I got off the phone. I called a plumber right after and they told me that this would need to be completed by a Well or Pump company. I called another well/pump company and they are more than happy to help me. McDonald will NEVER get any business from my family. This man could not be any more rude if he tried...
