I am very happy with the job McDonald plumbing did for me. The crew from McDonald limited their digging in my front yard to the minimum they had to do to. This reduced greatly the damage to my wife's shady garden. They treated my home with as much care as they would their own. They put down mats everywhere they worked, leaving me with virtually no cleanup after they left. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing job.

I recently renovated a basement bathroom, and called McDonald Plumbing to install the plumbing for the shower and toilet, as well as another toilet for the upstairs bath. After 4 days one of the toilets rocked, so I called Dan in service and he said they would be out that day between 3-5pm. This was on a Friday. No one showed up, no one called. I called them back the following Monday and someone finally came and fixed it. Today (2 weeks later) I noticed the toilet is spraying water from the back of the tank in my new remodeled bathroom. I just called service again and said someone will be out between 3-5pm today. We'll see if anyone shows up. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could.

Really couldn't ask for anything more from Mc Donald Plumbing. Ian called and showed up exactly when I expected him to. I felt that the quote was very reasonable and honest, and the work was very satisfactory. I will definitely call again with any future plumbing needs.

Then when I called them they lied about it and refused to except responsibility! ""Dan"" even stated,
""Well I don't know who else you have had working on your home.""
It's new, and I am a 50 year old man that lives by myself!
Beware if you were thinking about using McDonald plumbing!

Had a backed up kitchen sink. McDonald plumbing came 4 hours after i called. Great customer service. Fair price. Made me feel very comfortable with strangers in my house. Gone in 20 minutes. Now we know who to call everytime.

McDonald replaced the sewer and water line from the house to the road. They pulled permits, did the work on time, and cleaned up perfectly. It was a much bigger job then i anticipated so i'm glad i went with them over the other person i was considering. They had 5 guys on the job and got it done in one day and everything went off without a hitch. They parked the back hoe on the concrete service walk and cracked it in the process. After the on site manager discussed the broken walk with the owner they agreed to replace it.

Only good things to say about this company! We had pipes full of roots and needed to replace. They came out the same day (within a few hours of calling them) and gave me a quote. They started work the next day and even coordinated some things with the city.

Very professional, courteous and responsive to my many questions. They do an excellent job!
