I contacted Patrick the owner to see if they could fix our toilet lines and fix a leaky sink for my elderly aunt. He had me contact the office to schedule an appointment. The lady in the office Melissa, was very kind and promptly had a gentleman named John come out the same day to televise our lines. An other company come out the week prior and said our lines had trees going threw them. John came out and showed me the lines were clear and the issue was with the toilet alone. We purchased a toilet and Melissa scheduled John to return the very next day to install it. He also fixed her sink. Because my aunt is on a fixed monthly income, Melissa gave us a huge discount which we was very nice. They were all great and truly cared out our situation. I would recommend them to everyone. Hired them for a gut rehab and everything was fine at first, the workmanship was good, but they are impossible to get a hold of. Even when you do get a hold of them and set up a date, they rarely show, and never on time if they do. It took me two months to get them to come out and install gas lines which we had paid them upfront to do about 4 months prior while wrapping up the rest of our rough in work. On top of that they drilled through our pex tubing for our radiant floor heat. Definitely do not recommend working with them.

Don't use these guys! I have nothing good to say about them. We called Patrick because our sewer was backing up. He came out, charged us a lot of money, and supposedly ""fixed"" our problem. He was supposed to send us an invoice, but never did. He was supposed to come back and cap off the pipe, but never did. He just left it open, with a big orange cone on top of it. Less than a month later, our sewer was backing up again. When we called him, he said he we be back at 2:00 to take a look - we haven't heard from or seen him since. He won't pick up our calls, he won't call us back, and he never showed up. To me, that means he knows he did a shotty job and doesn't want to be bothered to fix it. So we're out a lot of money, because the problem we paid for didn't get fixed, and now this guy has completely blown us off. All we have to show for him being there is a lighter bank account and a big orange cone sitting on an open pipe in our front yard. FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER AND SEWER SERVICE!!
