To the team at this company - If you are seeing this review, please give me a call back. I have been calling every day to have one of you guys come out for a bid on the project.

To fill in come context, Anthony and I had a great conversation (he seemed like a nice guy) about repairing our septic drain field. He promised a call back within 24 hours to book an appointment but that never happened. I have been calling him every day ever since but I have yet to receive a call back.

I believe in order to have a successful business you need the three ""R's"": Reliability, responsibility and reasonable prices. McDaniels sewer and drain company has met all three of these. On a very rainy day we discovered our toilet didn't work. We went through two different companies to fix the problem. They either were unable to identify the problem or were very disorganized. We finally found McDaniels by Internet recommendation. He came and quickly identified a broken pipe in the sewer line. Within one week he had completed all the repairs necessary including digging to the Sewer line, replacing the damaged area and re-paving over the area.

Over my lifetime I have experienced multiple companies or facilities doing poor repair or service work. I don't review them on the Internet because others have already left their opinions. ICan see that Anthony McDaniel will be very successful. He's not only good at business but is a nice warm and friendly person

Man, McDaniel Sewer and Drain were incredible to work with! We had a nasty main line sewer clog that backed up into our basement the other week and we were in big need of a sewer repair. We had an old concrete sewer line that was degrading and in desperate need of replacement. When I got estimates from other companies, they mostly recommended doing a small section repair instead of replacing the full line and their full line replacement costs were out of our budget. When the other companies bid, I think they were wanting to do the quickest fix possible, which would have been disastrous for us. Fortunately we called McDaniel, and Anthony recommended doing a full repair. He gave us very honest and reasonable estimate for the scope of work and they were so great to work with. We are super grateful we chose to go with them because when they dug it up, the line was in much worse shape than previously thought and we would have likely been right back where we started if we went with the other companies. From their diagnostic skills to their repairs, they do awesome work and are very trustworthy! They were always on time, and worked so hard to get the job done. We could not have asked for a better crew to work with.

So my main sewer was clogged on last Sunday, I was desperate to fix the issue. so I when on yelp and google searching for affordable plumbing company. And then Anthony reach out to me and provide a unbeatable prices, I had ask so many companies to compare the price, the prices that they offer will make you can't say no to them. Anthony send out a technician on Monday morning, they are very professional and did the job right. The issues was temporary fix. And I would recommend them to our friends and family.

My experience started pretty well (besides not answering my initial email), with Anthony coming out for our clogged kitchen drain and giving a free camera inspection as well as quotes for snaking the line or digging and replacing a section of pipe in the backyard. He seemed friendly, personable, and honest. After this I had a very odd experience, as I called him at least 10 times, left messages, emailed, etc. and never heard back. I finally got ahold of an admin staff who said that was very unlike him and they would instruct him to call ASAP...but I never heard back. We ended up hiring another local company (Mike's) a few weeks later and the issue ended up being one of the worst household grease clogs they have seen and we are now digging up our concrete patio. Anthony and team didn't care enough to follow up on what turned out to be a $6k project (plus future business). Odd way to run a business.

Anthony came all the way out to Rainier Beach, almost as soon as we called. It turned out there was a broken pipe in the back yard. Anthony was patient and kind with my nervous mother. The quote was more than fair (well under the other 2 quotes we received) was able to provide helpful solutions for what could and couldn't fit in budget. Work was done quickly, quietly and she has running water again. 10/10 Would hire again.
