not one to leave a bad review on people but I called him based on these yelp reviews below and my experience was a lot different than what is being described by others.

initially, it took him 24 hours to call me back and he had not listened to the VM i left so I had to re-explain everything.

I sent him as much info as I could about the job I needed done through text after our initial convo but he couldn't give me a quote because of the various factors of the job he said. mind you, it took him a full day to tell me this. I had to follow up and remind him I was waiting to hear from him.

I said, ""ok well then if you don't know what the estimate will be based on what i sent can you come look and give me a better idea?"" i am attempting to get 3 bids because of how abnormally high the first plumber had been.

It took him hours to text me back and then when I brought up coming here to give me an estimate he told me it would be $39 just to come quote me. He said if I went with him he would deduct that from the price. no thanks.

I have to say, yelp rarely lets me down and maybe he was having a bad couple days? I was treated poorly and was pushed aside and I don't think that represents a 5-star business.

Just had them out to fix a water line on our refrigerator and I have to say they are excellent To began with the line broke at 9pm a couple of weeks ago and we had to have another plumbing company come out to the tune of 139.00 to get it shut off They quoted us another 280.00 to put a new line in I called Mc Daniel Plumbing and they quoted us 180.00 so you know I had them come out When they got here Chris took a look and said oh we can do this for 100.00 oh ok than and they got it done in record time excellent service couldn't have been nicer did a great job and the price was more than right it actually came out to 98.00 and some change These guys are great will be calling them again when we need their services

The nicest, most respectful guy you'll ever meet. He was very prompt (arrived within 15 minutes), and the only plumber I've ever met that took the time to explain how plumbing works in an informative, understandable way. Recommend McDaniel Plumbing wholeheartedly. We'll never call anyone else.

Professional, friendly, personable, clean. I think that says it all. My HVAC drain backed up into the garage because of a stoppage created by items that went down the kitchen drain. We couldn't use any of the sinks in the house. Chris came out the same day and took care of it and at a reasonable price. Saved the day. He also took the time to explain why the stoppage occurred so we can avoid this in the future. Highly recommend this company.

Chris and another guy came to our house the day I contacted him. They set a toilet for us and inspected the crawl space to determine if there are any other plumbing issues hiding from us.

Chris explained everything that they did before they did it. I was very pleased with the quick response, the clear matter of fact communication, and good work results. I've got him lined up to complete some other outstanding plumbing work.

I told him my problem, he gave me a quote and set an expectation of when he would arrive the same day. He came out same day and solved our plumbing issue. His price was exactly what he quoted on the phone. He and his staff are very professional, clean, and polite. I highly recommend McDaniel Plumbing.

Love this guy! I chose Chris McDaniel based on the Yelp reviews, and everyone here was right. From the start, he gave me a solid handshake and let me know straight up what the repairs would cost. He and his associate fixed a supply line to a bathroom sink and a stuck bathtub faucet diverter in a flash. They were so professional and polite. Never got that creepy feeling. McDaniel Plumbing is a small, independent business -- exactly the kind of guy who deserves our support.
