I greatly appreciated Chris' knowledge & experience in deciding between tank & tankless heaters - and this time, the far simpler tank replacement won out. With horror and surprise we discovered our water heater was leaking. One call and within the hour Chris saves the day! Diagnosing the problem immediately. The home builders used galvanized pipes instead of stainless steel going into our water heater, which caused premature corrosion and failure.

Chris gave us two estimates immediately. A bandaid fix that would buy us some additional time with our 7 year water heater months up to maybe a year... and a second one that replaced and redid all the shotty work so we could have a clean and reliable system for 10-12 years.

We went with a full replacement. Next morning, Chris and his team were on the job, on time, professional, verified the intensive corrosion that ruined our original tank, and saved the day.

If we have ANY plumbing issues, I know who to call! Family owned, local business, know their stuff, licensed and professional with high quality customer service and high quality work for reasonable pricing.

It is one of the immutable laws of nature that plumbing disasters arise at weekends and on holidays. True to form, the 16 year old water heater in my home failed on Thanksgiving eve, the pilot would not stay lit and there was no hot water to be found.

Chris McDaniel leveraged his excellent connections with his local supply house, prevailing on the owner to open up on Thanksgiving Day morning to provide him with a replacement water heater which he installed in a matter of hours. Perfect hot water service was restored.

McDaniel's replaced our 20 year old water heater. I did bid three companies before selecting them. They were well priced. However, what separated them from the others is that they took the time to discuss various options, timing, and the install itself. They showed up on time and were efficient with the install. Chris and team were professional and friendly. After the water heater was installed, Chris took me through the operations, warranty, and maintenance steps for the unit. Hopefully, we don't have any major plumbing issues any time soon! But if we do, we'll definitely call McDaniel.
