It is one of the immutable laws of nature that plumbing disasters arise at weekends and on holidays. True to form, the 16 year old water heater in my home failed on Thanksgiving eve, the pilot would not stay lit and there was no hot water to be found.

Chris McDaniel leveraged his excellent connections with his local supply house, prevailing on the owner to open up on Thanksgiving Day morning to provide him with a replacement water heater which he installed in a matter of hours. Perfect hot water service was restored.

I can see no way in which this dedication, professionalism and commitment to customer service could be improved. Thank you, Chris.

McDaniel's replaced our 20 year old water heater. I did bid three companies before selecting them. They were well priced. However, what separated them from the others is that they took the time to discuss various options, timing, and the install itself. They showed up on time and were efficient with the install. Chris and team were professional and friendly. After the water heater was installed, Chris took me through the operations, warranty, and maintenance steps for the unit. Hopefully, we don't have any major plumbing issues any time soon! But if we do, we'll definitely call McDaniel.

What a great choice for plumbing! My father uses McDaniel Plumbing religiously and suggested I use them as well for my faucet and garbage disposal install.

The team was eager to answer all my questions (about cost, what they were doing, warrantee on work, etc. ) They had quoted me about the price and it ended up being about 75 dollars less because they kicked butt and it didn't take them as long as they expected.

Friendly, informed, patient, and careful work. I will see them at my house again for my plumbing projects and needs!

Great service, fast response. Called yesterday and he came today! They were running later than the original time window, so they called and gave me an update for approximate arrival time. Fixed two items in my home quickly and efficiently, were courteous and professional. Will call again when I need plumbing help.

We decided to get a new kitchen faucet since the old one was proving unreliable. I decided this was a great time for a new, single opening sink too, so I found one. Before buying, I checked with Chris to confirm his availability since he installed and maintained our 3 year old water heater. He had availability the following week prior to becoming less available the rest of the month. I bought the sink- opting for one I could find in the store. Same with the faucet. Just a few days later, Chris and his assistant installed - and serviced our water heater! He also changed lines to the wall on my 24 year old home. I'm very pleased and highly recommend his services!
