Negative stars! This is the worse company ever! Eric came out to fix my leaking kitchen sink and after 3 tries finally stated that the water is coming from my hands and somehow leaking under the sink! Seriously? NEVER CALL THEM! Eric doesn't know what he is even doing!

Eric is a class act. This owner operator not only showed up on time but did a fantastic professional job. He's honest, courteous, and goes out of his way to do a great job. He may not pay for the yelp reviews so this one is on the house, great job and a great guy, highly recommend and I don't do that often.

Charged me full price for a job they did not do, so I had to pay a second plumbing company to come out and do the job that same day (TLC Plumbing did a great job). Then said they would credit that money I had paid to another job I needed done, but they only gave me a partial credit. Total bait and switch move, since they didn't mention the partial credit until after the work was done. While doing work at my house they busted the brand new lines to my Swamp cooler and refused to fix them when I called and told them. Poor customer care, poor business practices and not good plumbers.

I needed to have a water heater installed. The tech came out, got the lines backwards and water sprayed everywhere. He continued to install the heater and told me it worked and left. I didn't have hot water. Called them back and after several attempts and three days of missed work and time, Reddi couldn't get the water heater to work. Throughout this ordeal, I never received any calls from this company to schedule times and/ or check in with me. I had to call and request the tech back every time. Upon speaking with the manager, he told me the dispatchers said they called me several times. I indicated to him they did not. On top of everything they did and didn't do, they blamed a faulty water heater as being the problem. Extremely unprofessional experience with this company.

They installed a new hot water heater but neglected to inform me about any city code requirements to pass inspection. So now I am not up to code but they also left my pressure relief valve not connected because of needing extra pipe to reach the new location of the valve. I have now been 3 weeks without the pressure relief valve connected and have made numerous phone calls with no one calling me back to come finish the job. I should have paid Home Depot the extra charge. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR SO IN THE END THIS IS NOT THE GOOD CHOICE TO GET A BETTER DEAL!!
