My wife and I couldn't ask for a better, more caring and capable company for our plumbing and heating needs. As a family company, Paul and Tim take great pride in their work; they have done all of our major work, including a new AC unit, hot water heater, and now a new furnace. We moved into a 22-year-old house, just before these big ticket items croaked. Paul and Tim are equally great with less expansive fixes, including anything from a clogged drain on up. They do such awesome work that most of our neighbors also employ them. They are the ""official"" plumbing and heating company of our little neighborhood. Moreover, they are up front, honest and competitive with costs, provide options (if available), and are incredibly sincere. We trust them completely. They are also incredibly responsive and productive! We are lifelong customers.

I would not go near this company. Hired them to re do two bathrooms. Inordinate delays and bad attitude. Shower floor didn't get rectified for 2 years in spite of numerous requests. Did not replace shower door. Ended up getting it done myself. Unprofessional and expensive.
