Absolutely worst company I've ever dealt with. The girl who answers the phone didn't ask if my water heater was electric or gas and also stated """"it's one service fee"""" when I asked about having a water heater and my garage door opener wires looked at to be put into a wall versus dangling from the ceiling. The guy was over an hour late (had a window of three hours and he came an hour after the first three) and I don't live in the home so I needed an actual time to make a trip to the house. The guy shows up didn't even quote a price for the wire job and said that it was too much money for the job and that they don't do that. Then proceeded to say I'm an electrician and just carry 1 part in my car for water heaters, but we don't do gas water heaters. I was then charged $160 for this 10 minute visit that got me absolutely no where. Would NEVER recommend a company taking advantage of people for jobs they can't nor will complete from their own words. I've tried calling up there three times to get in touch with a manager and have never been called back, but had a lady call me this morning to collect my fee. A good business would charge customers for work they could actually do. Do not use this business.

I highly recommend McCullough Plumbing, Electrical and Air Conditioning Inc. We have been using their services for many years and we've always been more than pleased with them. They are always professional, polite & prompt! They will not disappoint! It's always a pleasure doing business with them!

Fast, friendly, and great work! Had a problem with my AC on a Sunday, of course. Called and they came out late that afternoon got it working for me. Then did a full service during the week on that Thursday. Had great service again. Didn't have to do the normal we'll come between 7-12 or 12-6. Gave me a fixed time 7:30-8 window on when they were coming that morning. Ben was informative, knows his business and I would recommend them to my friends.

Always on time and repairs are complete the first time. I have uses McCullough for both AC service & repair as well as plumbing repair.

Do not call them for plumbing. I called to have a plumber come and check a leak at our rental home since we live out of state. I asked to check the water meter and see if it was leaking water from there if it's not from a faucet or toilet. We received a call back that there was no leak, despite the city calling us to tell us we were losing 30 gallons of water per hour. When asked about the meter the plumber stated that he didn't check it or find it and that """"no one knew nothing"""". There is a painted blue line from the road that points to the water meter. It was very disappointing this plumber didn't know how to find a water meter. Needless to say, we called Willingham's who sent someone shortly after my call, I would recommend them instead.

Great customer service. Great response time. He was out here the next day and fixed our thermostat quickly! Very friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone!!

Awesome service! We called on a Saturday, she told us someone would contact us within the hour. He called right away and came before his hour window! He figured out our problem fast and fixed it. I was definitely satisfied with the price, even with it being overtime!

My AC went out so I called them at 7 pm. They said a technician would be calling me within the next hour. Two hours later I called back to check on the status. They said well it may take them a little to call if they are busy. Okay that's fine. 12 hours later they still hadn't called so I called someone else. This place never called me back. Go to we care cooling and air, they were amazing.

Very disappointed. Had high holes from a local company with good reputation. Waited days for the estimate, and when I called today it still wasn't ready. When I explained that since it was taking so long we now needed emergency type service, the lady rudely informed me they don't do emergency service and told me to call Roto Rooter. Not at all what I expected from a company with what was supposed to be good customer service.
