Do not use these Crooks they lie to me he told me my sewer line was broke and it was not when they dug the yard up way overcharge will never use them again

Do not trust these people they will rip you off!! They give drain cleaning over to American Rooter and Drain Service out of Caldwell. They will rip you off too! Do not go anywhere near these guys!

TL;DR - Avoid these clowns. An ""8 hour install"" wasn't completed until 5 PM on the 6th day.
They made promises and assurances they either couldn't, or simply didn't, keep. Screwed up every step of the way on a full system install.
The first day, they vented all the system's coolant to atmosphere instead of recovering it properly. They blamed the installer of the old system for ""breaking"" the recovery port. Since this was literally step one, I accepted that as true, but highly doubt it after the way the rest of the install went.
The first night, their wiring job melted and blew the fuse at the main panel. Electrician came out and pointed out that they installed the furnace system breakers behind the panel next to the heating elements. So in an emergency, you'd have to remove the panel to cut power to the unit, instead of having the breakers properly mounted up front to match the cutout on the panel for easy access.
Even after they finally got 'done' for the 8th time, now it blocks the only entrance to the room so much more than the old unit that I have to cut a hole in my wall to move my stuff out of that room.
Seriously, avoid this clown outfit and find literally anyone else.

Absolute scam of a company...comes to pressure wash the plumbing and clean the drains total costs 1200 dollars... couple days later we are using the sink there is water leaking absolutely everywhere! Flooding the cabinets...they did not put the plumbing underneath back together at all right and there was a home inspection to be done the next day!
We call the company for emergency night services they say they are charging us all the fees/labor and emergency call fee for their CRAP work that THEY DID!
ALL BECAUSE IT DOESN'T show in their records what the plumber did exactly so they aren't responsible!
Will be reporting this company! NEVER USE THEM ABSOLUTE SCUM!

I had called McRae Plumbing because I had a faucet in the kitchen that was running real slow. I asked them to come out I, I thought maybe it was something wrong with the faucet. They came out a very nice young man, replace the faucet and charge me 960 bucks. When I went to the office and ask for an itemized statement they informed me that the guy that did it was out of the office and they couldn't get me one. I will not use McRae again and I will not recommend them to my friends.

Came to do a service/inspection for a set fee. Had to change a sensor. it took like one minute. Charged a whole new service call on top of the inspection. Old school outfits would have just changed the part and billed for the part alone. I won't call them again.

Thomas did a great job, getting the anode rod out of our water heater was a real pain. But his persistence got the job done. Thank you

We called Mcrea's to fix a backed up septic line on a Sat, Two men showed up and after 2 hours and $360 they determined that they would have to come back on Monday to locate the problem. They determined a tree root had collapsed the pipe and would need to replace 8 feet. They called in 2 other men (in street shoes) to help hand dig up the line. I later learned that they were charging $90/hour/man. According to them each man worked 8 hours to dig up 8 feet of line which averaged about 4 feet deep. That bill was $2880; they added $895 for spot repair and other miscellaneous costs for a total of $4500. When I called them out on the bill they tried to claim that I had agreed to a $4500 bid which was absolutely false. They then agreed to take $1000 off and I subsequently paid them $3500. The line failed with in a few days so it is impossible to know if there was even a problem at their repair site. I then called Steve's Backhoe Service to replace the 80 feet of line from the house to city main. The problem with original line was at the city main which was at least 40 feet from the repair spot. Steve's backhoe replaced the sewer line, the water line and totally restored the back yard for under $3000. If you have excavation work I highly recommend Steve's Backhoe but if you choose to use McCrea do so at your own risk.

Steve showed up at my house after his employee was there for about an hour. He found the problem quickly which was a failed fuse. But then, he said that he needed to replace two other parts and the compressor was going bad and for the cost of a new compressor I could buy a new heat pump unit. He suggested that both heat pump and the air handling system needed replaced a the same time. I told him that I had to get a second opinion.
The new company found nothing wrong with the compressor and the entire system. All amp readings, pressures on the system checked out just fine. The new technician recommended not to replace anything.
I don not recommend McCrea heating. if you deal with them get a second opinion/bid.

Well what can I say, had a guy come out on Saturday to look at my furnace due to pilot and burners not coming on. Was told after an hour that my furnace was old and that the part needed (control board) might not be made anymore and that he would call me on Monday and let me know. Meanwhile I went and bought some electric heaters and ordered the part for 128. Got a phone call Monday saying the part is more expensive than he thought, 720 installed. Might I add this part is plug and play shouldn't take anymore than 5 minutes to install. I would highly recommended you stay away from these guys. Shame cause I've used them in the past a few different times for plumbing.
