Be aware this company's personnel will NOT WEAR A MASK IN YOUR HOME during the pandemic. They flat out refused, even when offered one. So I could not get my service done. The appointment was a complete waste of time and my shower valve is still leaking. Wasted 3 days waiting for an appointment with this business, and now have to find another company. I fully respect their right not to wear a mask. HOWEVER, they should have been honest and upfront about this policy when they made the appointment. NOT 3 days later when they are standing at my front door. Very unprofessional.
