Frank was really amazing. He patiently answered my questions, walked me through the process and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He worked incredibly hard to fix my sewer issue, cleaned up and made the site look good afterwords. I am so happy that he was the technicians who was sent to me.

Cook County had taken the top layers of soil in my mothers yard in Hickory Hills, off of the water main, reducing it from being buried over 4 feet deep to a mere 11 inches. With the severe cold in January 2018, the lines froze cutting off tap and flushing water for my mother who is 92 years old. A couple groups tried to fix it but could not. The team from McCoy sewers came out, and after a lot of work and persistance were able to fix it for her with more modern equipment, and did so with reasonable rates. I highly recommend them , they are an A+++ company

They were an hour late to come for an estimate. Ok. They charged $49 for the estimate. A little unusual but also OK. I decided to have them do the work and I scheduled a day and time. When they didn't show up, I called them and they forgot about me. No problem! They said they would be at my house in 45 minutes. They never showed up and never called. I never heard from them again.
They were quick to take my estimate money but they are unreliable and definitely unprofessional. They have no work ethic and I recommend avoiding them. You won't know if they will show up and I'm sure you won't know what kind of job they will do.

Had a great experience. Discovered I had tree roots that had broken my sewer pipes underground. Frank was very patient with me in explaining what had to be done. He never promised anything, saying you cant know until u dig and get down in ground. He broke my water line, which wasnt supposed to be anywhere near where he was working. He fixed it and only charged for parts. He completed the sewer work, got it village inspected and finished the refill of dirt. He put up with all my questions and concerns. It wasnt cheap, but comparable or less than others. Would definitely recommend to others. Edye

This guy came out, was friendly and was able to point out the problem as well as identify several others in my building. I had a simple wax ring replacement on my toilet, but he was able to find the larger problem quite easily. I was originally quoted more than $500 for this job, and his rates came in under that, and were the best when compared to several other services in the area. I will be using him in the future again.
