Unprofessional, unreliable and had to hire a different plumber to not only fix this company's work, but to also finish the job correctly.

I hired McCoy Plumbing for a high-end basement remodel. They did a decent job on all the rough plumbing - moving water heater, moving gas lines, putting in the piping for my bar sink, bathroom sink and shower. Then came time to finish the job and install my fixtures. I came home from work excited to finally see my completely finished basement, only to find that instead of the high-end fixtures there were some cheap, apartment-grade faucets installed, and no shower whatsoever. Turns out that the owner never even ordered the fixtures and just tried to install some cheap crap without even saying anything about it. He then got very upset when we demanded that he order and install the correct fixtures. This was supposed to delay the finishing of our basement by 4-6 weeks, however as that time drew nearer he became very unresponsive. There was a complete gap in communication for over a month beyond that 4-6 weeks with some ignored messages in between. In the end I ordered the parts myself and in doing so found out that he had installed the incorrect valves in my walls - which at this point had already been closed up. I ended up having to hire a new plumber to open up my walls, install the correct valves, and properly finish the job.

I would not recommend this guy to anyone. I can't believe that he purposely installed the incorrect valves in my wall without telling me, installed cheap faucets without informing me and then had the audacity to get angry with me when confronted about it. Just an awful experience all around. Delayed my finished basement by over 3 months.

Been using McCoy's plumbing service for 33 years. When I call a plumber I usually need them that day and Dave, the owner, has always made sure that he or someone who works for him comes within hours. Always good service in a timely fashion.
P.S. They installed gas piping for my stove 32 years ago and never had a leak or problem.

Installed a bathroom and had McCoy come do the plumbing. They were competitive on pricing, prompt and thorough. They rerouted some piping cleaned out an old drain and even came on a Friday night after 6pm when a connection came loose. I cannot thank them enough for their help in getting the job done quickly and correctly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

We needed a water heater replaced this week. McCoy Plumbing saved us more than $250 (less) than we were quoted by the place we bought the heater from. We will not hesitate to use them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks if we know of a good plumber!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Would not recommend ever. They installed gas piping for a stove. Had to call the gas company, because of gas leaks on the piping they installed. They installed the piping crooked and cross fitted the treads. When I called to complain the Owner hung up on me. What a great business that apparently could care less about their customers. Needless to say I went to another company to fix their crappy job.
