If you have to call a plumber, you should give McCoy's a shot.

The Husband is always wary whenever we have to call in people to work on the house. He's a firm believer in ""that's how they getcha"". With this company, they don't getcha. They help ya. I truly believe that. Why?

I spoke with the owner who was willing to offer advice on things I could try before I had to call someone out, just in case we could handle it on our own.

The actual tech Josh that came out really knew his stuff. He was prompt and courteous. He showed me how he was fixing what we worked on. And answered my questions when I asked. He even looked at another issue and gave a quick opinion on how to get it taken care of.

To cap it all off, out of the 7 local plumbers I called, they were the most reasonably priced. They were able to work with my schedule to get someone out that day and there was no extra charge for doing so.

I am a huge fan of McCoy's Plumbing. Thanks for everything, y'all!

These guys are the BEST. I've been using them for years. Honest plumbers, great prices, fast responses. If you email them you'll get a response within 20 mins at most. The last time they came out they quoted me one thing, but were able to avoid going through the wall and fix the problem for a lot less! These guys are the best you'll find.

First time calling them and they did a great job. They actually showed up a few minutes early and got the job done quickly. They did not make a mess and I got a senior discount! the second time I called and called with no answer for several days. After all the work was done, I had trouble getting my emails returned. Customer service could be faster.

There was some mixed communication between the customer service reps and I, but other than that - everything went pretty smooth. We had a major pipe burst on our front yard. They had to install a new one. Installation work was good and by far the best price in town! They even patched up the yard once they were done.

Easy and laid back to work with and the best prices in town!

Answered phone or called back in a reasonable time. ( This is more than i can say for most businesses we've contacted since we moved to cornelius last month. Really shocking). Anyway, these guys are friendly and professional. Showed up when they were supposed to, did the job well, plumber Josh was polite and professional, price fair. We will use this company for all future plumbing jobs.

Had to remove a star because I called and scheduled a plumbing service and they did not call or show up. I called again and nobody returned my phone call.

The only reason I called these guys was because I saw the other person's yelp review -- I happened to be looking because I was pretty ticked off at the plumbing company I had previously used (Southern Plumbing Company), but that's a different story.
Anyway, I had to get on the road earlier this week, and it was 7am when I called McCoy and I figured I'd just leave them a msg and they'd get back to me when they got in. I was pleased/surprised when they picked up and took my call, and had a guy out later that same day to fix some stuff. The guy also found another issue that explained some other stuff going on and had to make a special trip back out to get parts - he wasn't happy with the quality of what they showed him, so he went to another place and found what he wanted. He came back, and didn't want to leave until the job was done - he finished up around 7:45pm. I was very pleased with his dedication and also that he seemed to want the job to be done well. I know plumbing is never a cheap thing, but I felt they provided a fair price - but the good service is what I appreciated most. Definitely would use them again - but hopefully won't have too. ; )

Excellent service! We returned home to find our water heater leaking (very slightly). I called McCoy that night and they were here the next day. I had improperly described the issue which caused him to bring the wrong part. But he happened to have the part I needed on his truck and quickly repaired the issue.

On top of that we remembered our kitchen sink had a strange issue. I mentioned it and he quickly repaired that as well! We couldn't be happier!
