I have used Curtis for several projects. A large front deck, several repairs on our rental cottage and two additions to our home. First addition was adding 700 sqft plus several remodeling changes inside the house (Hardwood flooring, Walk-in Master Closet, painting, raising a drop down ceiling, septic system expansion). A few years later we did another addition to the existing house, just under 500 sqft, for a family room and playroom. We also used them to demolish our backyard and front entry and he built us a beautiful gated front entry. He is our contractor of choice, he is a good resource to 'bounce' things off of. He is also a very reasonably priced contractor. What I found amazing was from him initial walkthrough and eyeball of what you are wanting to do and giving you a 'guest' to actual price is about 10% different, so you can really do some good research and budget planning with Curtis. We have also used him for our rental property improvements/work as well. Overall, HIGHLY recommended.

Stay away from this Contractor. They are being reported to the Feds for tax evasion. The quality of their work is poor. They use cheap materials and charge you three times the price. They are being sued by various parties.

What a great crew, I would use them again and again. Clean, professional, willing to listen to my suggestions, these guys will make you feel likes its still your home and not theirs. Why hire anyone else?

McCowans Construction was the best contractor I have every hired to work on my home.
The work they done on my bar room was incredible.
They were on time everyday and done what he said he would do, and even more.
He had some great ideals which made the room stand out.
The crew was great as well, they cleaned up everyday and made it painless.
I would hire them again in a second and I would recommend them to anyone who wants thier job done right the first time.
