Matt and Lisa were booked for the week when I first called but Lisa graciously called me back when they had a cancellation and they were able to get me on the schedule a couple days later. They arrived at 9:30 a.m. as scheduled to help detect the cause of water damage from a tub leak. With a bit of investigation and experimentation they determined the root cause and identified an enduring solution. Before cutting into the drywall, they asked my permission which I appreciated. I visited with them while they worked and they were personable and pleasant to talk with. I had told Lisa up front that the home warranty company had approved up to $500 to cover the cost of the repair and was appreciative that she didn't use this information to price gouge me. The $261 cost for the repair was fair for two hours of labor and $10 in parts. All in all, I was pleased with their integrity, friendliness, and the quality of the work. Should I encounter future plumbing problems, I will do business with them again.

Wow! I can not say enough about Matt and Lisa. I called 4 plumbers and no one would help us. They found the tank we needed and came out within an hour during a crazy snow storm. They could have told us NO, but they did not. We are so very grateful as we had no hot water and were going to be in our cabin for 10 days. They were kind, professional, fast, efficient, and did not rip us off on price. Thank you thank you. I highly recommend them as true professionals

I've used McCormick several times to address issues with my Rinnai water heater and with help on a possible leak of my gas system. From my experience they (I've actually had both of them out to the cabin) have been professional, thorough and skillful in completing the work. I initially had an issue with a cracked fitting and clogging of my heater. Took care of it and no issues after that. I've got in the habit of having them out occasionally to complete a cleaning of the water heater to preclude any problems and so far it has paid off. Pleasant to talk to and provided me with more than enough information (I tend to ask a lot of questions) to keep me satisfied. I have them on my go to list for issues. I'd recommend them. Keep in mind Overgaard is a small place and it can take some time to get an appointment, but in my mind patience is a virtue. Good people who do a good job.

Had them out specifically to replace a valve, replace a solenoid, and to tell us the best way to prevent further issues in the winter, as we are new to the area. Both ""fixes"" leaked. They came out again. Still leaking, only this time Lisa said they'd put us on their list and would get to it when they got around to it. She refused to say how long that would be, but said probably a couple weeks. The leaks were caused by their shoddy work, and they were in no hurry to make it right. She was very rude. We returned to our house in the valley, never heard from anyone for a couple of weeks, so I called to see if anyone had been out. She said there was no leak at the stop-waste they installed (untrue) and that they wouldn't guarantee the work at the other leak because it wasn't a recommended setup for the area. Well, then why didn't you mention that?? We hired you for that purpose! I can't be sure if they're lazy or poorly skilled, but I'm now in search of a plumber who actually knows what they're doing.

Terrible company to do business with. Without providing upfront contracts, they verbally quoted a job (that they were too inept to complete), then billed us for an absurd amount of money. To make matters worse, they were not skilled enough to complete the job so now we have to hire a plumber who actually knows what they're doing. When we pushed back on the price, Lisa became rude and insulting. I ended up calling a realtor in Overgaard to ask them who they recommend for plumbing and they didn't say McCormick. When I asked them their opinions of McCormick, their reply was ""No comment."" That says a lot. Wish I would have known this before hand. Do yourself a favor...go with somebody else. You'll likely regret hiring McCormick.

Absolute best staff! We bought a ""fixer upper"" cabin in the Heber/Overgaard area. We needed to replace our septic leach-field. Lisa (wife and co-owner) took the time out of her busy day and spoke with my husband for over 30 minutes explaining the septic system, options, etc.
This company has the best customer service. Lisa took the time to make sure we were satisfied. She came to our cabin on a Saturday to explain what was going on with the project, why it looked the way it did (at that time), what the goal was. She also moved around some very large rocks that were discovered while digging the trench - and strategically placed them around our yard (at no extra cost).
We will be doing business with McCormick Plumbing for future projects.

I contacted Matt from McCormick plumbing for some septic tank questions. He came right over, assessed my septic tank problems, answered my questions and resolved my issues the same week. Lisa, from McCormick kept me informed on the progress and also answered my many questions. Matt & Lisa in my opinion, went above and beyond my expectations and offered their plumbing services at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Heber / Overgaard area.
