Finally a contractor that cares and does a good job. Had a clog I couldn't reach with a 25 foot snake and McConnell came out on Labor Day weekend to fix.

Called this plumber on two seperate occasions.Both times an appointment was made,no one called or showed.Tried to call and see what happened...no answer.How can you expect to run a decent buisness,if you can't even meet the requirements of a typical contractor.Its really not hard to talk to people,especially customers.This guy just flat out don't care,so what's the work quality like I wonder?Forget this joker and put him outta business fast!

Once more the plumber did not show up. Set up an appointment more than a week ago and explained we would send a picture of the problem when we arrived on PLR. We did and confirmed he would come two days later. Didn't call didn't answer our texts. Try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, however, in this case seems like he deserves a big ding. So McConnell Plumbing is off our list of responsible and professional contractors.

I set up an appointment with McConnell to check out a dripping faucet. The appointment was set for 8:00 am. I never received a phone call from him regarding the missed 8:00 am appointment. He arrived at 12:30 pm. He was not wearing a mask when he came to my door. When I asked him if he had a mask he said no but would get one out of his truck. He came back wearing a nylon tube type sleeve. I told him that the doctors have determined that this type of facial covering does not prevent the spread of covid carrying particles. He became upset then turned and walked back to his truck and left. Untimely & Very Unprofessional.
