I was not satisfied with the plumbing and customer service that I was provided by McClellan Plumbing. I was misled by the prices and charges by the office when I initially called to request a service. I was not notified by the plumber on-site of additional charges to use various equipment. My calls for further service and clarification were not returned until 24 hours later, leaving my house unusable and forcing me to look for temporary lodging. My calls when I wanted to file a complaint were not answered at all and when my call was finally answered the owner of the company, Mr. McClellan was very rude and impatient (Mr. McClellan tried to rush me off the phone because he had other things he had to attend to).
