Paul McCary replaced my water heater today and I am very pleased with the job. On time, friendly, professional but not pretentious, very concerned that no damage was caused to walls, floors, etc. He was not rushing to complete the job and stayed an hour longer than he anticipated to assure that a small leak that he noticed was repaired. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable and took the time to pass along tips for maintenance. I would definitely hire him again.

I called this company on a Saturday morning about getting an estimate to install a water filtration system for my whole house. He told me that he could not come out to give an estimate for a few days but did provide me a minimum cost of what it would be so I could figure out whether it was worth my time and his for him to come out. He then suggested that I call a "buddy" of his from Culligan water that builds and installs the systems. When I declined he abruptly hung up on me! It would've taken only an additional 1 to 2 seconds to politely except my declination and say goodbye, good luck, or something to professionally end the conversation. It makes me wonder if there's not a kickback situation going on when someone gets upset and rudely hangs up on you because you don't want to be up-charged or passed on to somebody who's going to charge you more money.

Paul did a "repipe" of my old leaky galvanized water pipes. Converted the system to "Pex." I could not be more satisfied with the work. The price was very reasonable: the work was high quality: and it was all done and out in about four days.

Paul is very straight-forward with his advice and explains everything carefully. He and his helper cleaned up every day before leaving and clearly tried to minimize the drywall cuts. I had another nagging plumbing issue (not in the planned work) that Paul went above and beyond to address. One of my faucets was a discontinued item but Paul bugged the manufacturer into finding an old part so I avoided an expensive replacement.

He did so well on the repipe that we subsequently had him install a new gas water heater and a new toilet. Very competitively priced and work professionally performed.

It has been two months since the work was completed and thus far we have not had any problems - We are very pleased.
