Terrible service, awful customer service.
Had my main line snaked and within a few weeks it's backed up again.
Plumbers came out and spent 10 minutes onsite (seemed really fast) and drain was fine when they left. Within 3-4 weeks it ran a little slower and slower. We are now 6 weeks out and I have sewage backing up in my basement.
Warranty expired at 30 days. They want to charge me to do it again.
I have my drain cleared once a year and have no issues in between.
These guys won't stand behind their work after 44 days.
I'll pay to have it done again, I just won't pay these guys.
If you want it done right, don't use McCarthy Plumbing.

Perfect day to have my tub drain completely stop. Having worked with McCarthy Plumbing in the past I gave them a call first thing this morning. They took my information and said they could schedule some today. Fast forward a couple hours later and I've got new drain, no standing water and the best flow this house has seen in 73 years. The total came in below my estimate and the work areas were cleaned up before heading out. Bottom line, great company, repeat customer.

We have used McCarthy at least 5 times over the years and will continue to do so. Our hot water heater decided to quit working over the weekend, which is not fun when it is 10 degrees outside. I call McCarthy yesterday at 8:30 AM to ask them to come out to replace our water tank. Daryl showed up with the new tank at 10:00 AM (as promised) and he finished the installation in only about an hour. Daryl was extremely efficient and friendly. He left with the old tank and cleaned up the area so that no one would be able to tell that any work had been done.

Needless to say, my wife and I are very happy to have hot water again and we always recommend McCarthy Plumbing to our friends and family!!!

Had a pipe burst in our kitchen ceiling. McCarthy sent a plumber to our home within 30 minutes of calling. Darryl the plumber was professional and sociable and a pleasure to have in our home. The work was fast, solid and the price was fantastic. We will use McCarthy for all our future plumbing needs. Excellent customer service, excellent work and excellent price. We could not be happier with our selection.

McCarthy was like the keystone cops of plumbing for our new construction. Omitted connections on our water softener left a salty spray all over our furnace and water heater. The shower hardware was installed incorrectly and the tiling had to taken down. It still leaks. Toilets were loose and rocking. No follow up. Overall, pretty shoddy and wouldn't use them again. Hire at your own risk.

They have a wonderful and friendly staff, who get back to you promptly with answers to any questions or needs you inquire about.

In the office, Linda is very helpful and always gets the customer info to the workers in the field, so they can respond quickly to the customer.

Daryl, Mike, and Kevin have been to our house to make repairs, and they did a top-notch job on fixing the problems quickly and correctly.

I have also had the pleasure of talking with Jerry. He gives honest and insightful feedback on all questions/concerns that I may have. He won't end the call until he knows he has answered your questions. Very thorough and knowledgeable, and he will give you the info you need to make the best decision for your home needs.

I highly recommend McCarthy Plumbing.

He and his partner came to my house did not take their shoes off (as we all know is a must, or wearing shoe covers). And stained my carpet and got my tile dirty.

Wow! These guys are rock stars in my book!! Called this morning to have someone come out because a pipe between our first and second floor was leaking. They were able to come at noon and job was completed by 2pm! Cost was very fair, and Daryl even swept up after himself. Highly recommended!!
