This is a remarkable team! My home was over 80% destroyed due to a leaky toilet and when the tragedy occurred the McCarthy Contractor Team was sympathetic, caring and reassuring! They informed me of everything that was going to be done and when they finished my home was completely restored with beauty and elegance. They are very true to their word and a very kind and respectful group. I couldn't have asked for anything more in their quality of service. Horrible experience with this contract . Avoid at all cost. He was recommended by state farm & it was a nightmare working with him. We had a tree fall on our roof and his company came right out and removed the tree. The service went downhill from there. He sent me invoices that clearly showed what the work was for & then back peddled and said charges that were clearly listed on the original invoice were not including in the cost total??? Ummm what? It took them a totally of 48 days to finally get around to patching the roof. I had to constantly call day after day...no follow up on his part. Couldn't seem to understand when I told him I had the settlement check from the insurance..and kept blaming the delay on State farm. So frustrated I finally gave up & paid him for the partial repair and contacted a different contractor to complete the repair. New contractor finished in 4 days....hmmm. .

We had an appt scheduled for Monday morning at 10:00 am to get an estimate for our flooring repair in our home. This was an appt we made on Friday. They waited until Monday at 8:45 am to call us and inform us they were charging us $140 for the estimate. They never mentioned this over the phone Friday, and if we would've known this, we would've made appt with other contractors. Very disappointing.
