A while back we had a well problem and Bill McBrides well company came out and went down in my well and got it fixed and had my greatest thanks for that. But I had another problem and their company dropped the ball and I did a bad review on their company. But Bill McBride called and asked what happened and he asked me what he could do to make a better impression on me and get my business back. I mean the first time I used him we only spent my be $200.00 that is it and that was the only time. The last time I could not get anyone to come out, so I had myself and some friends do the work.
So Bill called me and apologized and said he wanted to make it right with me and how could he do that. So said my wife and I need are well water tested. So he offered to give us 20% of the test. But I told him that is ok but we will pay full price, due to he has to make money too. So they came out and got a sample of our water and with in a couple of weeks he came out to our house and went over the whole report and said that our water had a couple of problems but a whole it was good. ( which made my wife happy)
But for Bill to be concerned about getting me back as a customer. I only spent 200.00 with them once in 2 years. This man cares 100% about his work, business and the name of the company along with his customers.
I will keep using him for as long as I have a well.

Bill McBride and his team know Water in New Hampshire, a place full of Arsenic, Radon and other issues because of all the Granite in the state. He explained to me why NH residents have to deal with this so often and how he fixes it. The guy knows his stuff.
