We needed a non-working toilet replaced at a rental house - big, messy job. Michael managed to fit it into his busy schedule, and when he got there on time the tenant wasn't there! He did make the effort to go back out when the tenant was available and worked at it until he got the job done. It was a huge commitment and he followed through with it, and charged a fair price as well. He's definitely the person to call if you need something fixed right.

Owner would not come back and fix my faucet handle after it was installed wrong. Told me it was not included in my $500 fee. Installation of hardware WAS discussed in initial visit. He was rude and very unfriendly. Found another more competent plumber.

My kitchen faucet was broken & needed to be replaced!
I also had a leak downstairs in my basement.
I called McBride Plumbing & Hearing, located in Yarmouth, MA, & was pleasantly surprised by the warm & Friendly response I received. They said they would be at my home first thing the next morning & they were at my door, exactly the time they said they would be there!
Within an hour both items were fixed! They were neat & clean & extremely knowledgeable!!!!!
They are also reasonably priced!
A good company, would definitely recommend them..

McBride plumbing came out to our place after business hours on a very cold Friday night in January when our tenant couldn't get the water to come on. Michael was able to figure out what the problem was and fix our plumbing/frozen pipe situation before we had a bigger emergency on our hands. I'm so grateful I found someone so responsive and reliable given the circumstances. Highly recommend.

Not reliable asked for 2 jobs to be completed. 1 completed after several weeks of excuses. 2nd not completed after several more weeks of waiting. They are unreliable and lie to you constantly. Perhaps because I am a women they felt this was acceptable behavior, but it was inconsiderate to continue the lies. Say you can't do the job. Can't recommend their services to anyone.
