Outstanding service and a great crew! we had them install a water line for the water filter and ice machine in our fridge and then run a gas line to accommodate our gas/propane stove - they rocked - extremely knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up everything - would not hesitate to hire them again - actually wouldn't look to hire anyone else but McBride Plumbing

My father has seen Kevin's trucks around and a close friend recommended him, so when our pipe split over the winter he made an appointment.

They came exactly when they said they would, finished the job quickly, and were very reasonably priced.

He called them again this summer to repair our outdoor shower and we had the same positive experience.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! We had a sink with 2 basins and wanted to switch it out to one big one, we had the sink and it was a perfect fit, but when they switched it out the faucet was leaking water from the base. According to Kevin & co. that wasn't their fault. They took it off the old sink and put it on the new one and now it leaks where it didn't before. Kevin was downright nasty about it and so it got ugly. They finally came over and fixed it albeit while pissing and moaning.

Then the drain began to leak into the cabinet and we again called them back. Begrudgingly they came back, but didn't take anything apart or re-seal anything. He just tightened up a couple fittings with a pair of channel locks and then basically got up and walked out while grumbling about the thickness of the countertop. As if that has anything to do with anything!

All this at $110/ hour, and then they marked up every last little washer about 500%. We paid over $500 for this abortion of a job, that should have been quick and easy, but was anything but.

Nothing was leaking or not working with the previous set up. Now it's one big leaky, wet mess. They told us not to call them back.

We are completely and utterly disgusted and frustrated at this business, both the owner, Kevin, and all the employees that we had at the house who had horrible attitudes from the start.

Be smart, call Murphy's or ANYONE else. These guys are the WORST!!!!
