Toilet stopped working and needed new pump. We had the replacement pump and needed someone to remove the old one and install the new one. He has done prior work for us and on 2 prior visits to repair same toilet (before Covid 19 pandemic) he charged $150 per visit. Now (during the Covid 19 pandemic) charged $350!! Took complete advantage of situation and over charged for the work done. Sadly, won't be using him again.

I had an amazing experience with Bill. I had a minor leak at first and without even knowing him (face to face) on a Sunday, he did help me through face time to address that. Couple of days later, I had a more serious leak (different one), and he again helped me via text on father's day at 9:30pm. He helped me in both occasions without ever meeting once in person or collecting any money from me. He came to my house the following day, and helped to fix both leaks. He charged me a very reasonable price. He was very friendly and very professional at the same time. Im so glad I found him. Thank you Bill. I truly appreciate your professionalism and taking time to assist me when I was clueless what to do.

Make sure you get an estimate before he does any work. Never fixed the leaks completely

I found McBill Plumbing & Heating on Yelp. The other reviewers are accurate. Bill was communicative about his time of arrival. When he arrived, he quickly accessed the situation. He explained to me what he thought the problem was. He spent some time looking at the pipes in the basement to make sure he had a handle on what our system was like, and then he went to work. He finished in under an hour.

My review is about an honest assessment. I thought I was having an issue with my heating system providing heat to zones not calling for it and thus reducing the overall efficiency of the boiler. I called Bill on a Wednesday afternoon and he arrived Thursday morning. After a thorough review of the system we concluded it was functioning correctly. I was happy to pay a service charge versus a repair bill, but more importantly I was very happy that Bill was honest enough to say I needed things that we didn't. Next time I have a plumbing need, I will definitely call McBill Plumbing and heating based on my initial experience.
