Edda L.Alex was very polite and kind, he worked very hard to unclog both sinks, but he got it done. I like the way he came right in and started to work. I know he worked very hard trying to unclog those sinks. But he did it. He even cleaned up behind himself. Thank you for sending him out, If I ever need a good plumber again I would like for him to be the one you send out. He's really good.
Thank You

These people were brought in through an insurance company to replace about 70 ft. of my outdoor water line in 2019. Had a leak in December 2024 and a different company came to my house and determined that section of line was buried nowhere deep enough. I'm not surprised. The good ol boys who did the work weren't very enthusiastic about the job.
Kara V.I am so disappointed in how unprofessionally my case has been handled by this company along with the dishonesty they have shown.
An issue my home is experiencing is that my upstairs was having difficulty cooling down. The air runs and can be felt upstairs, but doesn't cool the upstairs; however, the downstairs gets cool with ease. I had a worker come to my home and tweak a thing or two with no resolution to the upstairs cooling. I did a call-back, when the worker came back and tweaked another thing or two. Still, no resolution, so I called back. The worker retured only to gage the temperature output, comparing the upstairs to the downstairs. The worker told us that he would have the field supervisor come out with him the following week if, over the weekend, the issue did not get better (though he did nothing in this visit to make it improve). So, we waited through a warm weekend and I called back Monday. I was told that a contact would be made and they would call me back the following morning.
After no call by the following evening, I made the call to check-in. I received a, ""Did nobody call you? Your work isn't warrantied."" No, nobody had called me. I was told to call my warranty company. The warranty company confirmed that the diagnosis provided by McAtee was, in fact, not covered. At this point, I grudgingly call McAtee back to ask for a quote. The person on the phone got ahold of someone in a management position to ask for this information and the response I got was, ""We are too busy to provide you a quote."" What!? They had been out to my home, know my unit, supposedly know the issue, and cannot be bothered to take the time to tell me the price of the issue they diagnosed!? This doesn't make sense, so I ask again to clarify, ""I understand that you are booked up for another month and a half for repair; however, all I need is a quote. Are you too busy to provide a quote on the home you've already been to and diagnosed?""
The man on the other end of the phone gave a simple, ""Yes"" answer. The attitude was very much brush-off, not apologetic, but more, ""Leave us alone.""
So, all of this sounds and feels really not right to me. For the life of me, I am unable to understand the inability to provide a quote for what they diagnosed and reported. And this is after nobody could have even been bothered to call me to tell me what was diagnosed or that it was not covered under warranty.
So, I call another company, one which I will not name here. This company diagnosed the actual issue with my cooling, which is not at all what McAtee had said was the problem. McAtee could not figure out the issue with my home's air unit and, after multiple calls, had simply given me an answer that wasn't covered, hoping I would not continue contact them (and when I did, I was very rudely brushed off). When I told the second heating and cooling company of these issues, they automatically guessed, ""Was it McAtee?"" It appears McAtee has made this sort of careless, do-less reputation for themselves that other companies are able to recognize their behavior and correlate the negative behavior with McAtee.
The unfortunate part of this entire situation is that I am cornered with the expertise and professionalism, or lack there of, that this company offers due to them being provided by my home warranty. This company, instead of offering the service and help I need and depend on, offers lies and copouts so that they do not have to deal with a home that they either cannot figure out the a/c issue or simply do not want to deal with further. This is not a way to run a business nor a way to treat people. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.
Terrible service. I had a leak in my waterline. Took them a week to show up, then did nothing. Had to wait for them to schedule a leak detection company to find the leak and after they were notified that the leak was ready for repair, it took days to get them to show up to complete the repair. All in all I was without water for 2 weeks.
Courtney W.This is by far the absolute worst company I can even imagine to review. I feel awful for the men that are employed by this company, that actually do the job right. My advice is to look for employment elsewhere. All these guys do is give you a run around. Make appointments, don't show up, show up for appointments that aren't made. They don't work, they waste your time. All the manager can say is ""sorry,"" that isn't fixing a thing. My job is now ""unfinished"" & I won't allow these guys back in my house.
I have a large, old house which needs all of the plumbing & drains replaced. After several months of phone tag & promises of estimates & returned calls, they now tell me that they are not interested in doing the job for me. I could have already contracted a different plumber. If this is any indication of their customer service, I really missed a bullet.
