called on sunday 4/3/16 to set up a appointment for monday morning to replace a leaking water line from my toilet to the wall i gave mc plumbing my address and contact phone number i had them repeat back my address and contact phone number to make sure they had my correct address and contact phone number and they did, they gave me a 2 hour window of between 8-10am for monday morning 4/4/16. i called at 930am monday morning 4/4/16.to find out the status mc plumbing said they left me 3 messages at the contact number they had, mc plumbing said they went by the building number i gave them, i told them i have been waiting for there call they said they had to move on to another job, i asked what phone number and address do they have, i said i never recieved a call,

i then asked mc plumbing what phone number and address do you have mc plumbing said i don't have it in front of me mc plumbing said we will have someone call you back when they are finished with there current job i asked when will that be? 2hrs? 4hrs? mc plumbing said he could not give me a time for a call back just that they will call you when they are done.. i said your company is full of sh_t just cancel a call back!! i was a owner in a service business for over 40 yrs, i would never cancel out a smaller job to go to a bigger job, that is exactly what mc plumbing did! mc plumbing used the old scam of telling the customer they left messages and could not find the address and had to go on to another job and when the customer asked what phone number and address do you have on file of course mc plumbing says i do not have in front of me!! mc plumbing is just another dishonest company!!

I am a long standing customer of Old Republic Home Warranty program for my home. Over the past few years I've been experiencing problems with a loose mater bath toilet. Old Republic has sent over repair people and a couple of plumbing companies & after 6 months the toilet would again become movable. The tile around the base of the toilet was cracked by these other vendors attempting to tighten down the bolts.
Today for the 1st time in years MC Plumbing sent over Scott who finally took care of the problem!! Hooray!! Scott was friendly, well mannered not like A&R Complete Service, Ideal Plumbing, et al. and he knew what he was doing!! He pulled the toilet (which should have originally been done) and replaced the broken and rusted out metal flange, rusted bolts, & installed a wax seal. He showed us his work & asked if this was satisfactory before
reinstalling the toilet which no other company has ever done & he was neat.
I cannot thank MC Plumbing enough for the great job and would recommend them especially Scott for any plumbing work that is needed in your home.

These guys are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced! They've come to my house twice now and I cannot recommend them enough. They came last month after the irrigation pipe in my front yard exploded due to the cold weather. They made it to my house within a couple of hours and had a new one installed in no time. Contractors generally get a bad reputation in this town, and many of them deservedly so. But, these are some of the good guys. Call them!

Was doing a repair on a pool heater and whoever had initially installed the pool equipment and heater had completely installed the natural gas lines incorrectly. This posed a problem for me because I could not fully get the heater elements out without the gas line being disconnected. Called MC plumbing to ask if they could tackle this small, but for me big issue. They told me it wasn't a problem and literally would have had someone out the same day(called at 3:30PM), but I had other jobs to attend too. Needless to say one of their technicians was there first thing in the morning, got everything re-plumbed the correct way allowing me to do my job and fix the heater, in return all parties were happy and my customer was very pleased. Will definitely be calling them for all plumbing needs and issues from now on!

I had a horrendous backed up bathroom problem! I was referred by a friend.. so I called MC Plumbing to the rescue! Scott answered the phone immediately and got a tech dispatched. I can't thank them enough and now life is back to normal. Its nice to find a place that fixes things right the first time!

I've had a problem with noisy, rattling water lines in the ceiling that have become louder, more noticeable and extremely annoying over the past year in our 12 year old home. Finally decided to contact a plumber to come out and diagnose the cause then give me an estimate for correcting the problem. I called 3 firms on Angie's List. One wanted $115 to provide an estimate, another wanted $59 but MC Plumbing offered a Free Estimate. I called them on Thursday around 2 pm and they scheduled a Technician to come by the next morning between 8-10 am. The Technician Saul called just after 8 am to advise me he was on his way and would be at the house in 20-30 minutes. When he arrived he patiently and intently listened to what I had to say and let me demonstrate the noisy water lines I was experiencing when I shut the water off rapidly in the bathroom sink or flushed the toilet and when the Washing Machine was operating. Then he got to work. First he replaced the Water Pressure Regulator in the garage. That didn't really work so he offered to remove it and install the original one; I opted to keep the new one anyway. Next he installed Water Hammer Arrestors on the Washing Machine Hot and Cold Bibs which noticeably cured the noisy lines when operating the Washer but not completely. Finally, he had his colleague climb into the attic and help him detect the specific hot and cold lines that were still making noise. Those were wrapped when necessary and all were strapped down. Voila, the annoying water line noise was gone - finally! Saul was friendly, patient, and determined to resolve the problem I was experiencing. I was pleased and satisfied and would recommend MC Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing problem. Kudos to the company and especially to Saul who took the time to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it!

We take care of a 92 year old woman. She has somebody get her ready in the mornings and sends her off to adult day care. I woke up to a note that her toilet was clogged and she may have dropped something in it. Needless to say, I was not very happy.
My husband had to get to an appointment so I called MC Plumbing around 11:30 today to see if they could send help. Edward showed up, took care of business and was done by 1 pm. He informed me that if he cleared it, it would be $100 w/ our coupon. I gave him the green light.
He was very informative and professional. We will not hesitate to call MC Plumbing for future needs.

I called MC Plumbing yesterday morning to replace the garbage disposal at my house. They were able to accommodate same day service and only had a 2 hour service window. Saul called and arrived promptly within the service window. He took a look at the garbage disposal and heard the lack of noise it was making and got right to work. Fifteen minutes later I had a working garbage disposal. My whole experience was positive with MC Plumbing. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I needed to have my water heater replaced. And after failed attempts with Lowe's and Home Depot, I called MC Plumbing. They were able to replace it that same day! Ricardo was the plumbing technician who arrived at my house. He listened while I explained the issues I was having, and he was patient in answering all of my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the invoice charges and replacement procedures. On top of it all, I got a far better price than I would have got at Lowe's or Home Depot. Jose came to change my hot water heater. He showed up a couple of hours after we called. He did a great job!!! He cleaned up all the debris, packaging and took old water heater away. The price charged was a little less then some other places I received quotes from. Answered a couple of questions I had about leaking faucets too. Great job overall will not hesitate to call them again if I need more work done.
