Shout out and recommendation for MC Plumbing (831) 466-0108. Had one of the behemoth plumbers come out early this am (Saturday morning), as our kitchen sink wasn't draining. ""RR"" guy quickly quoted $409 (senior discounted price), and we said no thanks, and called other plumbers. Brandon from MC Plumbing came out in the morning, told me the emergency rate price on the phone ahead of time ($195) , and he had our water back running free range to the sewer in less than an hour.

Brandon showed up on the same morning of my emergency plea to clear my kitchen drain. He was friendly and professional. I appreciated his extra effort to clean the area under my sink after his work was complete, and within the 1-hour service charge.

I had a clogged kitchen drain. I tried drano, not working, I took the garbage disposal off and used a snake to get through. Couldn't get it through the bend. So time to hire a professional.

I called Roto Rooter. Young guy shows up, sees my garbage disposal from 20ft and says it needs to be replaced. I said no, it doesn't I have a drain problem. We will see he says. I smell an up sell. He looks at my drain about 6ft away and says that will be 425 bucks. I told him thank you and goodbye.

By reference I called MC and they had Brandon immediately available. He agreed with what I thought it was, he worked on it for over an hour, very pleasant conversation in between, and fixed the problem.

170 bucks!! Yeah!!

I have been using this company for awhile now and the service and expertise has always been outstanding, but today the level of ""above and beyond"" went to new heights. Long story short, bought a dishwasher that the delivery/installer would not install because plumbing had to be updated. There were several issues with what needed to be done but as usual David did everything that needed doing with a smile on his face. The above and beyond was taking the old dishwasher away. This was not something Missy at the office and I discussed in advance but David knew it would be another issue for me and he offered to take it for a nominal charge. Missy, when I call is always honest and thorough when explaining what needs to happen before we make an appointment and she always has been. As far as I'm concerned there is no other plumbing company to call in this area. I would give them 10 stars if that option was there. Thank you MC Plumbing!!!!!

Excellent experience with MC plumbing...had a complex meter main waterline tangled in with 40 year old liquid amber roots and within 4 hours were able to remove the root problem replaced damaged waterline and next week replace a 2x2 sidewalk hole...excellent staff and very happy camper

Had a clogged drain line (main drain) at my rental in Santa Cruz. MC responded and came out the next day to clear it, a half-hour and $150 and it's fixed. Great service and will use them again in the future. I am a remote landlord, I suggest the technician send photos of before and after. Thanks MC Plumbing.

David came out and was very professional and efficient. He installed a new kitchen fixture in a very timely matter. Yes! This place is great. Fast friendly and affordable. Highly recommended. We've been looking for a new plumber and we tried mc. We got several quotes to stop a leak in our shower. Mostly around 300. Mc. Came in and fixed it in less than an hour 177 out the door. This includes all new parts etc. Very happy.
