We had our entire yard landscaped and had one final piece we wanted to get done before the weekend: to install the gas fire pit. Miguel was fast to respond, asked clear questions, gave a reasonable quote, and was here within the hour to complete the job. Miguel responded to my quote request for a clogged bathtub drain right away and kept me in the loop on when he'd arrive. When he did arrive (on time!) he dealt with my mom since I had to work, and she reports that he was friendly, efficient and -- best of all -- successful in clearing the drain, even though it seemed like it was a nasty clog. He's a one-man show and therefore his quote was much lower than other plumbers, but most importantly he stuck to that amount -- no surprise extra charges. We will absolutely be calling Miguel again for our plumbing needs, and you should too!
