Miguel is the man! He texted me within 5-10 minutes of his rate that included everything (parts + labor). I received a call from another company so they ended up sending someone out within 30 minutes which cost a fee and then they quoted me twice the amount of Miguel's estimate. I asked Miguel if he was still available and he was able to come in 15 minutes from another job. He was able to swap out my garbage disposal in less than 20 minutes. Professional and friendly. Would definitely call him first for anything else I might need in the future.

WOW Miguel is amazing!! Our hot water suddenly stopped working and I couldn't be persuaded to take another cold shower so this was urgent. I gave Miguel a call on a holiday morning and in less than a minute he let me know he could be by in 30 mins to investigate. He was so professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and communicated everything along the way. I wasn't home when he came by but he sent detailed pictures and videos of each of the parts, what was wrong, and how he could fix it. We're so impressed- not to mention his pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely be calling him again for all our future plumbing needs!

3 yr old hot water heater went out on a cold, rainy day. Miguel responded quickly to my inquiry. Based on my explanation, told me it was under warranty and filed the claim for me! Came out later that night, in the cold rain and verified it wasn't me who can't start a pilot light. Parts took a few days. He sent me tracking numbers so I was a part of the process from start to finish. Came out, again in the dark, cold and rain to install parts. Followed up the next morning. Finally, hot water!! Miguel responded to at least 15 texts throughout the week and 3 visits. Did not charge me until the water was hot again. His 5 stars are earned and legit. Thank you Miguel.

Miguel from MC Plumbing really saved us! We had no pressure in our kitchen sink and he put things right in no time. He even went the extra mile and fixed another problem without trying to upsell. What's more is he arrived when he said he would and charged what he said he would. How about that in today's world! Honest, reliable and speedy. He knows his stuff and doesn't bullshit. I called Miguel on Sunday after our sewer backed up into the house (eeeewwwww). He responded within minutes, and had a technician at my home in about an hour - for a new customer on a Sunday!!

Servando popped the clog, and hydrojetted the whole sewer line. He showed me the areas of concern within our sewer pipe as he sent the scope through, and we talked about other plumbing concerns in our home.

Servando was very considerate as he removed his shoes to walk through our home, and took extra time to make sure our interior drains were flowing well. He was in communication with Miguel while he worked, and Miguel called immediately once he left to make sure I was satisfied.

I will DEFINITELY use this plumber again. Excellent customer service, and I really felt both Servando and Miguel cared about doing a good job for their customers.

Wow, just... absolutely wow. I had a problem with my water shut-off valve right when I was about to leave for a trip. Even though I called in the evening they returned my call right away. After assessing the problem from a video I sent, he talked me through the simple repair. He would not accept the Venmo payment I offered and just wanted to be my first choice for any future jobs. Well, let me tell you they have a new lifelong customer. Experiences like this are renewing my faith in humanity.

Miguel was very responsive and dealt with our plumbing issue in a timely manner. He answered all my questions, gave an honest estimate and stuck with his estimate. Most others would not even provide a ballpark estimate which defeats the whole purpose of contacting via the yelp platform.
