I called MC Plumbing to assess possible damage to a gas shut-off valve in my laundry room. The person that I spoke to on the phone was very professional and courteous. Mario took the call and showed up right on time. He examined the shut-off valve and concluded the valve had not been damaged. I then asked Mario if he would mind looking at some other concerns I had regarding other gas lines, my water heater installation, the sewer drain line to the street, and my outside water shut-off valves. Mario examined all of these items and made some recommendations. I can definitely say that Mario is very knowledgeable about everything we looked at and is very professional. I would highly recommend Mario and MC Plumbing!

Carlos was very professional and courteous. he arrived earlier than expected and was very efficient with solving my problem. I live in a condo unit and he helped me turn up my water heater temp and offered the most cost-effective solution to low water-pressure problem. I was able to fix it myself after he showed how in order to avoid the extra parts and labor. In the end, he only charged me the service fee and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable and honest plumber.

All the people from MC seemed customer service oriented, but they game me the run around for almost week by giving information that was not consistent and inaccurate information across team members (person who answered the phone, guys who showed up to assess the situation, to the manager who was supposed to send the quote). They also cancelled on me twice and they never delivered on the quote when they said they would. Seemed like there was very poor communication between the team members. They also tried to convince me to purchase a $8k to $10k water heater without fulling understanding the local code requirements.

Tenant reported clogs in bathroom. Carlos went to my rental and spent very short time to snake the pipes and claimed it was fixed on 10/16. On 10/21, tenant reported the bathtub was clogged again, and was in a worse condition. I called Carlos and told him the problem was not properly fixed. I asked him to return to take care of it. He agreed to return, but insisted that my pipes were old and requested to charge additional $500-$700 to replace some portions of the pipes. I decided to get a second opinion. The other plumber came on 10/22. He inspected the problems and found that the pipe that Carlos cleaned previously was still clogged. This plumber spent quite some time in running the snake back and forth to make sure the water flow smoothly. After that, he ran the water test for more than 20 minutes in the entire house to confirm that the problem was completely solved before he left. (While this plumber spent more time and efforts on cleaning the clogged tub, he did not charge more than what Carlos charged me in the first time.) I would like to put an alert to all future customers. Carlos and MC Plumbing are not trustworthy. They did not do a thorough and professional job. When asked to return, Carlos did not take responsibility, but only insisted to charge more money from the customer. Think twice before you call MC Plumbing and Carlos.

We had dripping water under the bathroom sink. I called MC Plumbing at 10:30 this morning and at 1PM Christopher was at our door. He quickly assessed the problem and also inspected our other bathroom and the kitchen. We discussed what needed to be done and Christopher quickly solved our problems. The work was well done, neat and clean. We will definitely call on Christopher for our future plumbing needs.

My husband contacted Carlos about 2 years ago to unclog our main sewer pipe, he came the same day and repaired it for us within a timely manner. Every since then Carlos has been our go to plumber. He recently repaired a gas leak we had even PGE was very satisfied with his work. Not only is Carlos very efficient and experienced in the plumbing department he's also very honest which makes him our number one choice. I will recommend Carlos to all our family and friends!

Our main kitchen sink was backed up and Rescue Rooter (missed our appt) and Benjamin Franklin (exhorbitant quote) were supposed to come fix our clog. Carlos came as a referral - he showed up right on time and diagnosed the issue, explained it and fixed it! He was very efficient, courteous and even cleaned the area underneath our sink.

I would and have already recommended him twice and both were also happy customers.
