So this company was recommended to me by my sister. She has used them before and was satisfied. As for me, not so much. Called them about a water leak in my ceiling. A plumber (Eric G.) made it out to me pretty fast, but i think i was supposed to pay out for that convenience. A hole had to be made in order to find the exact problem. They were gonna charge me $285 just to open up the wall. Well I could have done that myself! That price wasn't even to fix the problem, that was just the starting rate just to investigate. He mentioned it may be my fire sprinkler system (which this company is not licensed to touch). With being a woman and asking for repairs in which i cannot do myself, i always have my guard up in regards to those who try to pull a fast one and try to hustle me. Well, i felt hustled. I ran outside to tell the guy that i would rather go with someone else. Someone who is licensed to repair fire sprinklers, if that is the problem. He replies with ""yeah, if i were you, i would probably call them. Those guys won't charge you to open up your ceiling"" Really guy?!?! Why didn't you say that in the first place?! You are nice and all, but now i think you are dishonest and just trying to get every dime out of me you can. Especially after trying to ask me what i do for a living? Like it matters. Then i say ""well how much is it going to cost me having you come out here?"" He says it won't cost me anything, since he didn't do any work, but that i can TIP HIM for moving my fridge. UNBELIEVABLE. I went with a different company that charged me $300 total for labor, repairs and materials. I can't even imagine what my final bill would have been with these guys. Never again.

I forgot to provide a rating, I walked passed the work they done a month and half ago and I am still amazed. Looks great and had a very friendly person come out and fix my issue. Thank you M.C. Plumbing

The plumber was a half hour late and didn't call to let us know ( not a big deal ). He was nice and very informative. He accessed the issue and said he would return the next day with the parts and complete the repair. The estimate was 475.00. I thought he was replacing all three faucets ( my wife was there during both visits, I wasn't ) The next day he returned and did the repair. it took him all of 15 minutes to do this. When I got there he was gone and they showed me the bill. After it all sunk in I couldn't believe how much the total was for 15 minutes of work. Granted they made two trips and had to get parts. I researched the parts at a total cost of approx. $45.00 We paid for most of the cost as my mother in law is on a fixed income.
So I emailed them and asked why the cost was so high to replace three faucet stems. I was told how professional they were and their prices were high because and I quote directly
"" what you don't see is the 2 hours for him to track down parts and drive time to do so. ""
I was also told and once again I quote
"" I don't claim to be the cheapest plumber we claim to be the best and stand by our work. ""
When they did the work the faucet in the third bathroom squeaks really really loudly and the one in the second bathroom still leaks.
Personally I wouldn't use them again. I feel the price was way too high and the quality ....seeing the leaking , loud squeaky faucet handles....wasn't what they claimed.
I'm sure many might disagree and I see good reviews from many and for that I am glad.

I was given a $350 estimate to install a sink and they ended up charging me $1000 because of ""unique problems"" they encountered meant they had to install all new pipes. I did not believe them. Plus, when he was done, I found the water drains extremely slowly which is very unsatisfactory. When I asked why to both issues, I was given a lot of long-winded excuses, but refusal to make good on the problems. Also, very inappropriately, the plumber hugged me suddenly and unexpectedly. I am female, alone in my home and felt threatened. Next, he solicited future business saying he would do future repairs and bill my home insurance because he knew how to make the insurance company pay. This is fraud and I was appalled. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had a water heater issue. Called Saturday afternoon, they came out the next morning. Received text messages with contact info and the name of the repair person. Hanz called when he was on his way in the 2 hour appointment window. He was able to diagnose the problem and I would need a new water heater. Rescheduled for the next day for removal and new install.

Hanz called first and arrived in the allotted time. Water heater got removed. I had a unique situation, without going all into it, I just want to thank Hanz and manager Saul for all their help. Hanz especially went above and beyond, he was very professional and very good at what he does.

I cannot say enough about this company from my first dealing with Scott to the incredible service team of Fernando and his partner. They were polite, professional, and very reasonable, explaining everything in detail. They left my house spotless and the re-plumbing was done both in a non-disruptive time frame, and without "" crew breaks"", even in the heat. They were very hard workers, and polite gentlemen from start to finish. Although I hope to never NEED them again, I would call them in a heartbeat of the occasion arose.
