A total rip off.

They spent 2 days 'clearing' a main sewer line all the while charging outrageous prices for pointless and unnecessary work. After multiple 'snakes', hydro jet, camera, toilet valves, only in the end to finally clear roots just a few feet from the clean out at the street.

Unless you like pay 10 times the going rate for incompetent work avoid this company.

Nice guy but struggled with the work.

Came twice for a total of maybe 2 hours or so but weren't able to clear a clog. Charged me for both and the boss wouldn't negotiate.

Another guy did it in 20 minutes for $100.

Jose responded quickly to my request and had a worker out to the house when he said he would be there. Thankfully, it was an easy toilet fix. The flap just needed to be replaced. In and out so to speak. So, as for me, I had a good experience. This was in December. Unfortunately, I recommended him to another family and it was a no call no show situation for them. Not sure what happened, but didn't appreciate that they had a bad response.

Provided excellent service in identifying where the leak was coming from under the house. They did an excellent job in a very reasonable amount of time from the time of identifying the problem, providing an estimate, scheduling the repair and completing the repair. The price was also competitive along with the friendly service.

Worked with Jose some time back to install a new gas water heater. He picked up the water heater from Lowe's, removed and hauled the old water heater and installed the new water heater. All this he did in a couple of hours. It was awesome. After a year-and-a-half the water heater is still working well flawlessly.

I would highly recommend Jose and MC Plumbing, Redwood City.
