HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, DO NOT USE!!! I called MC Plumbing for a leak from the water softener. The ""Plumber"" came out and said this is not something that they fix. I asked for the ""plumbers"" license number because a leak from a water softener is EXACTLY the type of work a plumber would fix. The guy was unable to produce a license number. He charged me $135.00 for a ""service fee"" having done NOTHING. I called THREE, yes THREE other plumbing companies and EVERY one of them said that this is the type of work that plumbers do. I hired SIMPLY AIR HEATING AND PLUMBING who sent a PLUMBER who immediately fixed the problem. Then I called TWO water softener companies and asked if they would send someone out to fix it, just to see if this is the type of work that they do as stated by MC Plumbing. BOTH water softener companies told me to call a plumber. In my experience, MC Plumbing is an incompetent company who bills for a service call but does not want to do basic plumbing work.

Whenever I need work done Scott and his team always respond immediately. They make sure that I have all the information needed for my job to be completed. I recently had Aaron come by to do work for me and he was extremely helpful. I won't hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs.

I called and ask if someone could look at my toilet they had someone here within 2 hours looked at everything gave me two options, price was very reasonable for the work, they did excellent work I was very pleased.

I had an issue with the water line that goes to my toilet. The spout broke. Called this company today and the repair man came at noon even though my service window time was 12p-2p. Repair tech Miguel was professional and efficient. Repairs done. Not sure if the price was reasonable but we paid it anyway. I will for sure use them again.

Had a leak with the pressure valve on the outside, decided to give these guys a call. What a great decision. Was here the very next day, wasted no time, gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate, and went straight to work.

Honestly, I have no idea how I didn't hear of this company before. Was totally worth it. The plumber that came by was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. 5 stars from me. Would use again.

MC Plumbing did an awesome job on my rental property. My handyman is good at a lot of stuff but he totally couldn't get my drains plumbed correctly so I called Scott at MC Plumbing. He sent one of his guys who did a quick, professional job that was fairly priced.
I'd recommend MC Plumbing to any homeowner or landlord.

Called at 3:30 to see if we could get our clogged sink fixed and Charles was there by 5. Friendly and professional, sink was fixed in time for dinner. We live downtown & parking/building access is annoying but he didn't seem bothered at all which I really appreciate

My partner and I recently bought a home in Las Vegas and wanted to fix some minor things like faucets and a small leak in our bathtub. They were very professional and came to do an estimate of the work, We had Miguel come over and do the labor for us a few days later, he was very honest, helpful. He completed the job within a few hours and headed out, once he left a had an emergency leak from the damaged pipes due to the hard water. We called him and he came back within an hour and fixed everything . Its a disappointment to have these issues before moving in but he took care of and recommended me to a restoration company to help with the water damage. I will be using this company again for our plumbing needs.

We had a slab leak and needed to have the house re-plumbed, Miguel came out the next day and gave a few different options to fix it. I compared some estimates and not only was MC Plumbing the best price, but they were the only ones who also were able to include fixing the drywall for all the holes they had to make in the ceiling and walls (51 total!). A friend of mine had used them before so i felt good about the company and Miguel was very thorough and informative, so we went with them. Miguel was very attentive the whole time and explained everything that needed to be done and how they did it, it took 5 days total, to re-plumb and then fix the drywall but the house looked perfect when they were done. They also took care of the permits and when the inspector showed up to look at it, he commented that it looked like they did a great job. I will be calling MC Plumbing for any of my future needs!
