I Highly recommend these guys if you are looking for an honest, ethical professional Plumbing business. Kerwin from MC Plumbing did an outstanding and professional job replacing our Ice Maker water shutoff valve.

When replacing our refrigerator we discovered that the Ice Maker water shutoff valve in the wall had broken when we went to replace the line to the new refrigerator and we couldn't shutoff the water to replace it. I called a few plumbers but they were not available for another week or they wanted to charge us for an estimate. That's when I discovered MC Plumbing on Yelp. They said they could arrive and give us a free estimate the next morning between 10am and noon. Kerwin from MC Plumbing arrived about 10:15 took a look and gave us a very fair and reasonable estimate. While in the process of replacing the valve Kerwin discovered the the pipe section behind the wall that the valve connects to had corroded and the old valve could not be removed without cutting out the corroded section and soldering in a new section of pipe to connect the new valve to. This is normally an extra charge because of the extra time and soldering required to add in a new section of pipe. But Kerwin said he wasn't going to charge us for the extra time and soldering as he had already quoted us a price to replace the valve. I'm sure that most other plumbing services would have charged us for the extra work.

So if you need any plumbing services done I highly recommend you call MC Plumbing as it's hard to find honest and very ethical businesses these days.

Called MC plumbing because we could not get hot water out of the shower. Only warm. They reversed something in the valve so that the cold water dial produced hot water and the hot water dial produced cold. I guess we at least had hot water but the dials should not be switched. We called them back to fix it and they put it back the way it was where we only got warm water - back to where we started from when we called them.

Unfortunately we paid them and they won't come out to fix it or refund our money. I now consider them thieves. At least admit that you don't know how to fix something so we can call someone who does.

Quick and to the point. They technician came the same afternoon I called to replace a pressure valve. A couple of weeks and working with no issues.

I called MC plumbing as a second opinion when our toilet started having flushing issues. Aaron came out and we were so happy with his service and the price point. However, we noticed the toilet was still having issues and he told us it's just the toilet we bought and that it was normal. We decided to use him to install our water softener and he and an assistant came out to do the job. The assistant drilled up our sidewalk and left a gaping hole at our doorway. Aaron accepted responsibility for his assistant and promised to have someone come out to fix the hole. Three weeks later and he stopped answering our calls/texts. I reached out to the owner and after some back and forth, the sidewalk was patched. I called again for someone to come check on the toilet that Aaron had initially fixed and two guys came out and said there was blockage and quoted me an additional $400 to remove the new toilet and snake the line. I'm still scratching my head as to why I have to pay additional fees to fix something they were supposed to have fixed months ago. I wanted to love this company because the price was great and communication was initially excellent. Now I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about this company! I worked with both Gabriel and Scotty and both were helpful, informative, professional, and extremely patient with my questions and helping to resolve my issues. I had a variety of work done from replacing a water heater, to installing a water softener, to coming immediately following a flood and every time the quality was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Called MC Plumbing regarding replacing some pex pipe above water heater in attic after a water leak and before the walls get closed up and drywalled. Showed Aaron Wagstaff a piece of the pipe and asked him to inspect the pipe from the water heater to where the leak was ( approx) 10-12 feet. He took one look at the plastic pipe and said he could not replace that piece of pipe WITHOUT LOOKING at the area in the attic. He could however replace all of our pipes in the attic for $9,700.
We called another plumber and he actually went up in the attic and looked at the area we had the leak. Turns out all the piping in the attic had been replaced except the short area where we had the leak. Clearly Aaron wanted to earn $9,700 and didn't care about what the job actually looked like. Not our kind of business!

Scott was great. We ended up having more of an issue than we originally thought and he handled it like a professional, even though we originally thought it was going to be a quick fix and it's going to turn into something more and he'll have to come back again.

My son was especially interested in him. He woke up from his nap while Scott was explaining the issue to me and immediately climbed over me and into his arms. They say babies are good judges of character and mine seemed to think that Scott was a pretty okay guy who gave good snuggles lol
