I have used McElroy's several times. They have always been prompt and courteous. My recent experience was just yesterday. I called about 7:45am to set up an appointment. A real person actually answered. They came to my house in less than an hour. I had two separate issues. Both were fixed within an hour and the price was very reasonable. I had called another plumber the night before whose number a friend had given me. I had to leave a message. I still haven't heard back from them. I should have known better. I will always call McElroy's from now on.
