Sean and Peggy were very helpful and responsive and Sean is the type who seems to go above and beyond from a customer service perspective. We had them check out a couple of options for waterless and regular heaters, they ordered and installed the water heater quickly! Would definitely recommend them for plumbing.

McDermott Plumbing is great. We've used them for 20 plus years. Sure sometimes it takes a little longer to see them, but they are dealing with emergencies, and they take priority over getting your septic pumped. Sorry but that's reality. They're great guys who work hard.

I was disappointed with the outcome. I had an exterior leak and they came out quite quickly to repair. While I had them at the house I also had them repair a running toilet. The toilet still runs and the exterior leak still leaks (not as bad as before but a tiny trickle). I called twice to ask them to come back out. I had already paid them. They have not come back to fix their work. I won't be using them again. Back to my old trusty plumber Dan that I should have stuck with.

I am surprised by some of the other reviews on here. I had always used A&B plumbing in the past for my septic. After finding McDermott, I will never go back. Their prices are more reasonable and they are more honest. I did have a scheduling problem once when I had an emergency, but it got worked out.

This has to be the worst plumber we have ever encountered. Came out for a clogged pipe outside and we ended up with a hole and the plumber stating he could not help. Unbelievable.

If you are looking for good plumbers, call Conejo Valley Plumbing. They will get the job done right the first time around.

I spent over $1000.00 on their ""services"" to resolve a septic problem and had to hire another contractor to complete the job, useless.

AVOID!!

Called them to do a simple septic pump. Not cheap. I have cash in hand to pay them. Mentioned I had a steep road. They said, ""no problem"". We'll send someone out tomorrow to look first. Tomorrow came. I stayed home from work. No one showed up. No one called. Called again a day or so later. They said ""Oh gosh, yeah. that's right. I forgot. Let me call the guy. I'll call you right back."" Want to guess? Yeah. No call. Called again today just for fun. ""OH WE ARE SO SORRY. Let us call you back."" Hah! Yeah. No. They. Didn't. Totally unprofessional. Agree with the other reviewers. Terrible company.

If their work is anywhere as disorganized, sloppy and mismanaged as their office, they will totally screw up your plumbing. Shockingly cavalier, screw-you attitude. Like trying to do business with the Three Stooges. Avoid at all costs!

The work I do brings me in contact with Construction and property management: the most difficult, inefficient, tedious portion is the coordination of the work and the time frame.

My dad let me know he had a broken pipe at the main on the top of the property(which conveniently crosses a neighbors fenced property) near the top of Las Flores Canyon. ""A Semi-911"". Called McDermott Plumbing, they came out with parts and made the repair the same day. The bill was reasonable when it could have been unreasonable.
